So, I got your opportunity this morning....

I peeked out the window about 7:15 only to spy a bushy tail wagging about 30 yards away. Dead center on a big hardwood in my neighbors backyard (who's cool with me pesting in her yard, too). Ran to get my HW95--SO I SHOT MY HW95 THIS MORNING--and proceeded to scope out the tree. Four  squirrels playing in the tree. I spent nearly 20" angling for a quality shoot, but got nada (well, nothing that I deemed good and safe). Lo and behold, two of them headed across the canopy into my yard--one, over to a small tree that gave me a perfect 10 yard shot. Bam! One-shot-and-drop! 

Now, where are those other three? Wait, I've got to go to work. Drats!!!!

Been up all night and after daylight, still nothing.  I guess I need to give them a rest so they get more confident and linger just a little too long... (grin)

The 300s has been languishing in the gun rack for a few months.
FT match this weekend so I took ut the 300 for some trigger time.
Just 10 meters offhand with the ABC 4-1 bell target.

I've had a ball today leisurely shooting my HW35E, HW50S and Diana 34 at 25 yards from our covered patio.  I am quite pleased with the accuracy of all three rifles; especially, the 35E.  She has finally taken a shine to the CPLD as well as the CPHP.

It was your initial HW35 E that got me into thinking of getting one!  Spiral Groove too!

I shot nearly a tin of AA 7.33 gr. Field Diabolos through my 2 HW30S' and my beloved R7 today.  I don't know if I was/am gotch-eyed or the guns protested at the change from the low humidity AC in the house to the humid heat on the patio but whatever, both scoped rifles and the peep-sighted 30S had to be re-sighted in big time.   

But not the HW35 E!

This morning before the heat and humidity became outrageous I shot 2 tanks from my Steyr LP-50 compact. 
Each cylinder gets me 80 consistent full power shots. I have two 5 shot magazines. The LP-50 can lay down some lead fast and drain tins of pellets.
Lately I've been shooting at the small ABC targets bell target. Very robust simple target that makes a satisfying ding when the bell is hit, but also makes a dull thud when just the faceplate is struck.

Got my Chinese B3-2 back from trying to sell on consignment.No interest.

Slapped my 4x  Walther scope on it, finally got it dialed in and blasted cans way down back.  Ha! I kinda missed it!

Suppressed a Daisy 415, hit 20 yd target, need to do more tests.
Added baffles to a ATI Freedom .22 but it didn't seem to help much. Added scope and sighted in.

60 feet, with a Daisy CO2 BB pistol? You hit a small target? 

That's impressive. For me at 20 yards, it'd take a car sized target for me to make that claim--or a high-end quality pellet pistol.

My 2250 hpa running a 13ci tank with an 800 psi reg. It gets hundreds of shots pushing 14.3 cphps at 500 fps. Fill it once and shoot all day. 😆

It was a Costco Caffeinated coffee can and it was about 50% hits!  So not small target but if zombies can be imagined, planned for and readiness marketed on bumper stickers then when the coffee cans rise up from the landfill to attack us, I'll be ready.

   Still raining here so man cave with the FX Crown this rifle is truly boringly accurate It is supposed to end tomorrow morning. At this point I believe we need to start thinking about building an ark with indoor shooting ranges for small and big bore AG's
