It did for me too. I'm glad I ran across that video. I'm not sure where this originated, but it's a great accuracy mod that doesn't break the bank. I just got 2 more tubes in this week. I've got a couple of other guns to do.

Bit of testing this morning - nothing scientific, just a bit of fun.

First some shot strings over the chronograph to see what the difference is shooting without, and with the SSG.

Started each string with a fresh CO2 canister, 10 seconds between shots (the canister still cooled down significantly during the string which probably had some impact as well).
Shooting at 20m.

I stopped the string the moment a shot dropped lower than the group I was shooting, not counting that shot as part of the useful string.

The SSG flattens the curve out a bit and gave me 7 extra accurate shots (less than I hoped it would, but still an extra magazine's worth of shots per canister).
