Made an SSG this morning, very happy with this version.

Might tweak it a bit, but it does what I want it to.



Also printed different internals for the moderator, much better than the standard internals.

I am in South Africa, shipping would probably kill the idea.

Sadly I am also not set up for production of anything like this, made it using hand tools, do not have a lathe.

I am sure there are many guys on your side equipped to make something like this very easily.

Here's what I got with my little .177 build. Nice little curve.
I think the SSG would flatten it out a bit more.

I've got 13ci tank on mine regulated to 800 psi. It's already getting 150+ spitting 7.5s at 740 fps.

Are you referring to the outer 7mm steel sleeve?
If so, that is a quick lathe job if you have access to one.

I don't, so had to do mine on a drill press, slow speeds and lots of patience.
Used part of a 7mm bolt for it.
The inner part is a 4mm bolt with the head cut smaller to size and the thread removed on the middle part.

Attached is the .stl for the printed part.
I used PETG, 0.16mm laser height, 80% infill, normal PETG print settings outside that.
Maybe you can get someone to print you these.

I will do some tests over the weekend to see how it affects velocity and shot count vs. the standard setup.

It will still only be CO2, sadly getting the parts to convert to HPA are not that easy to find locally.

Yeah, not doing that, that's why tube exists. I'llook through my rack and see if I have any small enough to ream.

Yes, I have a lathe and other metal working tools but no CNC, scratch fab takes too much time vs stock/mod.

I got the carbon fiber tubes and cut one down to fit the HPA Chaser, it significantly tightened up groups. I was able to get 11 bullseyes in a row on the 10m target from a rest.

Very Impressive!
