Then I got a transaction receipt from Daisy manufacturing in Rogers, AR.
I guess Daisy owns BSA?

Probably the U.S. distributor here. BSA has always been a UK Company, unless something has changed.  The only model I have ever seen with decent optics was/is the model sold by MidWayUSA.

BSA= Birmingham Small Arms has been making fine munitions since before WWI.
I also own two of their motorcycles from 1967. An A-65 and a B-44.
NOTHING has to do with young boys other than teaching them to shoot guns or ride on two wheels at break-neck speed.
 


I have a "Sweet 17" on a Savage PB of the same caliber... it is perfect for that round way past 100 yards.
Also BSA's seldom seen 4-16X44 AOEYS on my HW98 that is nothing less than amazing. It is such a fine fit for that gun I doubt it will ever leave.

Just checked the ownership. Yep, still UK company. And the worst warranty in the business. If buying one of their scopes, stick to the Sweet 17 from MidwayUSA.Most of their other offerings are really junk!

I'm liking the mid-power on mine as well. Not any louder that I can tell but very adequate power for most airgun tasks. Nice 12-shot group btw. No coins handy? Just use your thumbnail group measurin' tool...

Just to be clear, that was rested, using my "Stinger". Definately not the first mag... more like the 4th or 5th.
The great part is... I checked the gun this morning and after 4-5 mags (48-60 shots) last night, it still has 2,500 psi left.   

No coins handy? Just use your thumbnail group measurin' tool...

I always have it "handy" (hopefully) 
A lot of my groups have been measured that way.

Scott I'm still running my Cayden on full power with the 23 grainers, so far I've put at least 500 more through it since my chronograph test with it, I'll be casting more within the next five days and I'll do a comparison.  The mold needs a good cleaning before I cast but I'll be using some older pellets that I cast about a year and a half ago for chrony purposes, they're starting to change color quite a bit.

From a 3K down to about 1.8K is 48 shots with very close POI @ 35 yards still.  For those that are in question about having a non regulated pcp this is a good example for excellent hunting purposes. I like these new Turk guns from Crosman

That IS impressive for the Cayden!!!
I need to crank my Kratos up to full power with those 23's and see what it is like, but with the accuracy and shots per fill I am getting with the 15.89g at mid power on this "bottle gun"... I hate to fiddle with it now!

Ready for this... Better sit down.
3000psi initial fill. Brought out the Caldwell chrono and a few tins of pellets.
 Not going for accuracy but shot count before POI dropped off. Just wanted lead... CPHP 14.3, some "beat up" JSB Jumbo Express 14.3, and H&N Sports...
 I set up a bull at 10 meters just for a consistent POA... And to tell when POI dropped.
 CPHP had it normal shot gun patter but the other two were one big hole.
 CPHP ..132 SHOTS BEFORE FALLING OFF AT 2100 psi. So I then switched back to H&N Sports at the end and got another 2 mags ONE HOLE SHOTS... I gave up at 156 shots down to 2000 psi.
On low setting I can milk out 156 !!!!

Hey Scott, when you shoot through your Caldwell how far in front of you do you place it?

Michael that's where I bought the one for my Airmax Dominator, soon after that they were discontinued however when I found out some of them were available from Daisy@AR I ordered a new one, it's exactly like the one that's on my Dominator too.  I think they're old new stock though because all the other sites say discontinued.  Wes had them for a while but couldn't get them anymore after he sold out, he had them after I seen others saying they were discontinued.
