I got my scope on Friday and installed it. Shot Friday night Saturday and Sunday. about a tin. Really like the scope. Clear glass, SF and turrets are smooth and feel precise. Reticle could be a hair finer but not bad. I think I will leave this on my Akela.

you guy's take the shroud muzzle cap off to relieve the spring pressure on baffle pack and make sure the shroud bushing is up tite to breech face. those little grub screws need to be removed and thread lock put on them! You will be out in woods and fire it and the shroud slam forward till it hits the air stripper. wait till you see how small those screws are and what they are trying to hold under a fire cycle. some back porting in tube will help keep the push down

So have you came up with a brace for the barrel yet? My 25 call will show up Tuesday and that is the only thing I'm really worried about. Same with, my Akela as someone else brought up, but it doesnt have as much naked barrel sticking out as the Kratos. I got a Sumo for both just just to help out with the noise but my Akela is fine without at 1/2-3/4 power

from breech face to end of 1/2-20 at crown is only 17.250. It is a very stiff barrel. Better than anything Crosman has ever put out.. Pull the shroud off and see for yourself. Unscrew the stripper while you are there. I garbage caned all that stuff and now got a CF shroud with 1/2-20 end cap that I can get TITE to pull the barrel . STIFF STIFF!!!!!!!!!......Do not care about the bark. Also put on a Talon Tunes 580cc cf tank and now got a short lite weight hunt'in rig..........Butt pad to shroud end cap 37 inches on money. and over a pound lighter. HUNT RIG......

Very cool, those two BSA scopes I have are my favorites and they're staying right where they're at, one on the Airmax Dominator and the other on the Benjamin Cayden.
I recently bought a Rex scope from Flying Dragon Air Rifles that's on my Xisico Sentry 705-9K and it's a good scope but don't hold a candle to the glass quality of the BSA's. I
honestly don't need any more than 12X magnification either.

Instead of the deep fill port in the stock, would there be a way to add a fill port to the bottom of the bottle?

I know quite a while ago on another site, that isn't around anymore sadly, there was an individual that would do custom modifications to the Theoben Rapid rifles. One of the mods was to put an external fill port on the bottom of the bottle. Made filling the guns so much easier and quicker to do in the field. Not sure if these bottles would have enough "meat" on them to accomplish this modification.

What do you guys think?

I was just going to ask is the TT bottle, or the new Chinese 45oo psi bottle with the same threads just sitting uninstalled in my gun room, would screw onto this gun?

That bottle was a duplicate I ordered for my 257 Texan build, just waiting for a VP type deal.

Now is there a way to mount a Huma inline regulator between the bottle and gun?

"dang" near sold on this one.

Ordered a 25 Kratos from Crosman.

The 5 year warrantee was the deciding factor, just do not have the ability to work on PCP these days, so Crosman can do it for me, this is,
being a Crosman supported rebrand, about as faraway from an American gun that I want to get these days.

I was SO on the fence for a .25!
I chose a .22 because I was not ready to add another caliber to my .177, .20, .22 line-up.
Please keep us posted on your experience with it.

Absolutely, I will post results.

I have two 22’s and a 25 and 257, thought that the 25 might make for a easy ten yard shooter with the power wheel, 22 maybe better for that but I cast 25 caliber pellets and slugs also, but at 58 grains the slugs may be too heavy for this platform. They do get me to 85 FPE in my Seneca carbine.

Would this void the Crosman 5 year warranty that was one of my deciding factors in buying this gun?
