Clocking in at speeds up to 16 mph and featuring a coil-over shock suspension system. A guy that used to cut my yard had one and was always having to fix it. Your son had better luck with his? Really wish I had the money to get a mower with a suspension and spring seat. That 3 acres of jerking and bouncing around like today just wears me out. There are only a few smooth sections I can haul grass at full speed. Wish the whole yard was that way.

Tonight when I got home from work, she was still lethargic or remorseful... so we split a wheel of sharp Cheddar Cheese and a tube of Ritz Crackers. She perked right up so let's see how it goes.
I have a Calamondon(aka Philippine Lime) that is loaded this year to the point that some of the branches are sagging. This tree survived the hurricane, it was knocked over by a pine tree but not uprooted. The tree was loaded with fruit at the time and I didn't have the heart to chop it back, I propped it up in the hopes of eventually training it to be upright again, well a thunderstorm laid it back down last year and I kinda gave up on that process. This year the tree is busting at the seams with fruit and with the ground being soaked, I was able to partially stand it back up and build a better support for it. What prompted me to start this process all over again is that the fruit was starting to ripen and rotting at the same time due to the flooding. Picked the ripened fruit, juiced it, and put it in the freezer. The pics below are a few weeks after the hurricane. All my fruit trees survived the storm and are loaded this year. Hoping to get more trees in the ground this winter and spring.
We opened up the windows and had a fan blowing out and fired up the furnace for the first time in months. I hate that burnt dust smell.
Sad to hear that Peter. Sounds like a painful recovery ahead but at least he didn't pass. A guy I know lost family pictures from the 60's ect in a fire last night. Get your pictures backed up and stored in another location if you haven't yet guys just in case of a fire, flood etc...
I'll be on the prowl for a trailer and walk-behind tractor soon. Got my eyes on the BCS 710 (Thanks Kris!) but open to what comes up at a decent price. We both love yardwork of all kinds (from brush-clearing to "hard-scapes") and have been discussing business plans.

My dog is broke.Tonight she was curled up in a ball when I got home from work and stayed there when I walked in the door.NOT NORMAL! Usually it is leaps and bounds, telling me about about the squirrels she has seen.We talked softly and I took her on a truck ride.... She perked up.Put her on the lead when we got home and we played "Fetch" with her frisbee... 4 times and she was done. We are now inside and she is in the same curled up ball.
