They sent me the aluminum one too Kirby, and I also paid for the brass mold as well, I guess I need to email N.O.E. and see if they're willing to make up the difference in cost between the brass and aluminum.

Well called a and spoke Brass mold will be sent out along with return envelope ... and he tossed in a .125 hole Sprue plate for my BBT 40g mold...was willing to pay for it but he said just call it R&D and report back on results...

They are slammed right now so a no go on the less plunge depth for a shorter crimp shank on the .223-38 one offs are possible just not right now...

Wayne could remember your name/forum handle but not if it was the same on the N.O.E. forum but did let him know that the same oversight happened on your 4 cavity...just told him your name and it was the only 4 cav Brass...

Even though I didn't get the mold that I ordered I just couldn't help myself, I just had to mold some up and test them. These are the lightest ones averaging 35 grains

Wayne , Those are sure showing some promise. At first glance I though I was looking at a tin of new H&N pellets . Nice casting job . I need to practice for sure .

Thanks Denis I'm pretty happy with this mold so far. I'm already thinking about molding up some heavier ones already. What I really should do is put the SS valve in my Mrod on the next rain day cause then it'll really sling them down range a lot faster. Maybe I'll do a chrony test with a bunch that are about the same weight.

nice job casting those. I've thought of getting a .25 pellet or slug mold for my condor ss but I don't shoot it enough for it to be worth it.

Thanks Matthew !!! In the past I casted quite often for muzzle loading but not so much anymore but I still have the molds for it. I get a charge out of it especially when what I'm casting is worth it !!!

I cast for my big bore airguns. I've only been casting a few years but it is a fun hobby itself. If I ever get back into squirrel hunting I'll likely get a mold for my condor ss.

I just visited the N.O.E. forum and read a reply that Bob posted about the possibility of also making a .22 mold using the same basic design, Bob said that the pellets would probably be in the 24 grain size, heck I would probably do a group buy on that mold too.

Wayne, those are some nice very shiny pellets you've got there. Now you have tried the aluminum mould, you can compare it to the brass one when it comes to you.
I have not cast anything, but I think that there is satisfaction in being self reliant, hand pump and cast your own ammo, you are free.

Point is I knew Monday was Memorial Day but I get these strange stupid little disconnects... usually not bad and also usually catch them... This month it has been a little more than usual need to watch myself a bit better...

I also just caught that I have been talking about my one Disco barrel that may have been buttoned twice it is 70% land... but I just read and I realized I was talking as if all disco barrels are that way... it feels like I zero in on something then excluding others (not consciously)...

So yeah back to Uncle Mike and All others that Served... Thanks for Standing up when it was needed... I keep hoping for signs that the future will be better and that kind of Sacrifice and Valor will not be needed...it is not looking good tho...

i switched the .125 from my .22 to my .25 bt and it does perform much better. i asked for itin the notes when ordering my .51 mold . ordered that on the 23rd . still no shipping notice yet, gonna have to call them when i get time.

Come on people. There has to be at least one person that can give the results of the older .30 mold, and or the new .25.

Is it so bad that no one will comment. Even a goggle search turns up nothing. Starting to look very un promising.

I found this report from Manny on some .30 cal that were sent to him.... he liked them enough he ordered the moulds in .25 and .30 cal.... https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=142186.0

Al at NOE reports that at 50 yards the groups were "a bit bigger than JSBs".... I haven't had a chance to test them yet, and haven't even received my .25 cal mould....

Bob I did 60- 75 yard shots with the 25's today, I was basically picking off a few cans, I'm very happy with them. When I first got out there I took three shots for zeroing in the scope at about 50 yards then smacked a can twice after that when I first got there. They'll be excellent for hunting for sure. I put the big time smackdown on a few chipmunks while I was out there, darn near takes their head off.

I also seen a bambi while I was out there
