Dan I had two hotdogs for breakfast quick ez fixing w no big mess to clean up later. They're organic beef dogs w no chemicals nitrites ect and they're real tasty.

Sam now that's a great friend to have. Nothing much worse than a friend always giving you food that sux hehe.

One of those griddles of mine warped after wiping it with wet rags so now I just let it cool then lay a wet rag on it for awhile to soften the debris so it's ez to wipe off.

Can't go wrong with grilled onions. I could eat a whole onion with nothing else if grilled or caramelized.

What's better than grilled onions? Grilled onions that's been in cooked with beef juice!

I microwaved up some leftover shepherds pie.   It was excellent but while I was eating it, I suddenly remembered that I forgot to add any onions while browning the ground beef and pork.   Fortunately the ton of garlic and Cajun spice carried it.

What's cool about the Oklahoma onion burger method is that the beef patty acts as a cover to steam a portion of the onions. So, once done, you have a variety of cooked onions: soft steamed, caramelized, and burnt and crispy.
This burger stands on its own. No need for bacon or even condiments.
