Thawing out chicken thighs to eat with left over fried rice for some yummy grub later! Tenderized some hanger steaks and they're now marinating in Wooster sauce in the fridge for tomorrow or next day.

Tarragon carrots, blackened salmon, sticky white rice with soy sauce and butter. Home made Boston cream pie or ricotta pie for dessert.

My wife eats those about 3 times a week. I like them but it's a rare treat.
