Had jalapeno beans earlier then later I got me a Arby's roast beef sammich with curly fries that sure hit the spot. I may finish with ice cream later.

We didn't feel like cooking so we cleaned up some leftovers. Supermarket fried chicken, Korean fried chicken and baked Italian sweet/sour chicken. Just enough chicken leftovers to make a meal.

Susan and I had our 21st wedding anniversary dinner this evening at Americus. Our first time here. Kinda upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere.
Susan had salmon and I had the cod, and we got an octopus appetizer.

I made cheese omelets with wheat toast for breakfast. And while rummaging around in the fridge, I found a package of smoked salmon that expired March/23/2023. It looked OK, and it smelled OK, and then I tasted a little piece and it was really tasty. So, I didn't want to throw away expensive food. It nicely rounded out our breakfast. If you don't hear from me again, it'll mean I made a bad call.

I had a bowl of Frosted Flakes with bananas sliced up in it.
Betty Lou pulled chops out of the freezer and plans to make pork stuffing and gravy.
She also made banana pudding bowls with fresh bananas and sugar cookie chunks and crumbles.
