Noticed it tasted saltier than normal. Betty Lou finally admitted to adding some salt. I asked her not to do that anymore..
I used to always have a bunch of ramen noodle packs in my office. When I was super busy I could have one ready to eat in minutes and keep working. Now that I'm retired I plan to never eat ramen noodles again as long as I live.

I’ve always enjoyed the cheap ramen packs. They can be dressed up and be very satisfying.
My favorite is the shrimp flavor! I only eat it dry on occasions. I don't use the powder but just the oil pack. I like to add soy sauce and a little lime juice.

Going to cook up some yummy loaded twice baked taters this evening. I tried this garbage pizza brand the other day and threw it away never to buy again. Didn't taste good with some sausage smelling and tasting like it was turning rotten, runny toppings, soft crust in the middle and rock hard outter crust. So far as I'm concerned pass on this brand guys.
Today I had more Spaghetti which was very good. My wife after I was full revealed jalapeño popper casserole she had just made and baked that I will eat tomorrow for lunch. I think it is better after it sits in the fridge overnight anyway. She used jalapeños from my brother's garden and substituted more jalapeños for the bell peppers the recipe called for so, it should be good and spicy!
