Well I didn't shoot pumpkins today, it was my day off, but I did paint my 1 " spinner florescent orange and throughout out the day I managed to make Cyclops Smiley face on it, with my PP 750.22

I shot mole hills in the yard with a HW97K in .177 and I also shot BB guns with Sean at an empty plastic bottle and other random things in the yard. Fun times!

I practiced some field shooting with my Crosman 1400 this morning and did creditably. This evening I took my Striker over the same course and wasted about thirty .25 caliber pellets going completely OCD on the same targets.

I finally quit when it got too dark to see.

We had various Dr. appts, etc. today. When we finally got home, we retired to the patio where I shot my scoped HW30S several times, This girl produced a solid 10 shot <1/2" group at 30 yards with 7.33 JSB pellets. (ain't nobody got no 7.33 AA gr. pellets)

I swear, I think that I like my 30S' and R7 above all others for my backyard 30-yard range.

Took a shot with the Leshiy (currently wearing a 350mm .25 barrel) and then followed with my Blue Streak. I'm pondering just how much joy a .20 Leshiy barrel 350mm long would bring me, now that Airgun Heaven has them in stock. Money may not buy love, but it sure can buy a whole lot of FUN!

Shot a few different guns today. Andrew (yuccapatrol) came over today and we had a few minutes to sling some lead. Various target were hit at maybe a max of 20 yards? Good times!

Air powered weapons were Baikal MP-46M, FX Streamline, FX Wildcat, Crosman 1701p, Crosman 1322 carbine.

I also took delivery of a couple custom made rings by Andrew to give to my wife on our upcoming anniversary. I'm so excited to give them to her!

Pulled my Diana D460 off the wall today and punched some holes it a little paper. I forgot just how much punch this springer has. It is also presently my most accurate springer. It was my second springer purchase in 2013 and was the first springer that I installed an after market tune kit the original main spring failed at ~ 2500 pellets down the pipe. Yesterday was my PP700-SA .22 on the bench

I received my Bear River refurbished Sportsman 900 today (ordered 10/1).

I managed to get a few shots in before it got too dark to see... I was amazed with the accuracy right out of the box. It took 4 shots to dial in open-sights, the following four 5 shot groups at 12 yards that fell within 1" CTC.

I can only imagine that I'll see improvement with better lighting conditions and a chance to give it a good going over...

Today, my .177 cal. Beeman R7 replicated what her sister did the day before yesterday. A 1/2" ragged hole at 30 yards from the patio bench. I loves my kleine frauleins!

Been shooting my 2400KT at 30 feet evaluating pellets as I get them. So far the best one is meisterkugeln by quite a bit. This one puts 10 into a slightly enlarged hole. Some of the others are struggling to make a 1" group. Just put in a PA order for some more. Seems like a lot of the .22 pellets are in short supply.

Getting ready for hunting season so I've been cycling through my hunting guns getting re-familiarized with their idiosyncrasies. I think I'll start the season off carrying my Crosman 1400 for short range shots until the leaves fall. Then I will switch to the Hatsan Striker or the RIM until the late season when the trees are bare and the squirrels are shy when I'll bring out the Hatsan 125. Should be a good year!

Well, I'll be posting part 3 of the A Rare Find GuideHawk video shortly. I got it working again & it shoots and kicks firmly. Like it's still fairly new? It handled the Gamo Hunter .22 15.42gr domed quite well.
