Today I spied some starlings looking at trying to get into the chicken tractor to possibly make a nest? It was in a vent hole. I sighted in on one and watched. I could have pulled the trigger but I just watched. They moved on. I had to take the shot since I already had a pellet chambered and the gun was cocked (Streamline). Someone had found a target in the grass and had set it on the garden fence. I ranged it in my head and let the pellet fly. Dead on at 35 yards. One shot, one kill. That is always a very nice feeling! Do you have it zeroed at 35 yards?

Do you have it zeroed at 35 yards? No Kerry, it's zeroed at 50 yards. I recently shot targets at 5 yard increments from 20 to 50 to get the actual holdover data (holdunder actually). It's highest point is 1" high at 35 yards. It's all fresh in my mind so it was an easy shot. The Streamline is so consistent that it's easy to shoot precisely. It was a rather large target too so that helped a lot. Ha ha ha!
Calm warm evening and I tried a variety of pellets in the XS-12 I got from FD for my Grand-Daughter, "Dead Eye Lou". I even cleaned the bore tonight and tired high end pellets. Sadly, her Crosman Raven shoots much better.... This was supposed to be an "Upgrade" for her.... but so far it is a step back in accuracy.

We all have our "Off Days", maybe that was one of mine.It wasn't really terrible, about a quarter sized groups at 10 meters (32 ft). I just thought the Meisterkuglen's would perform better than the Supedomes.I will keep trying. I even bought another used one off evilbay (cheap) to have one for myself.
