Shot about 60 rounds through the Benji Titan. Still not happy

After having to adjust my scope two days ago on my Crosman Nitro Venom .177, when it just shifted without (known) cause (and I checked all screws, etc), I went out after work today and--behold--a squirrel was waiting for me in backyard tree about 25 yds out from the house (and about 20 ft or so up on a limb). So, I shot him out of the tree. Sweet hit! Then checked the front yard, where I found three squirrels digging. Spooked, they ran for the tree and after a while went back to playing. I knocked my second out of that tree (~15 yds) though he was near the bottom of the trunk. After reloading, I went around to the side of my house and saw two more up high. One bolted when I moved for a better shot; the other just watched me. So, I obliged by nailing it with a perfect head shot--not even a twitch, just a straight drop. This shot was somewhere between 20-23 yds. How I love protecting my domicile from these porch-eating tree rats (which is why I declared hostilities against the huge squirrel population around my home).

Afterwards, I did some plinking at my paper targets set up in the backyard. It felt good to eradicate these pesky "tree rats."

I went to my first (last?) Gran Prix FT match in San Luis Obispo this past weekend..
I went with the gang from Sacramento (they kicked some serious hiney!).
Not me..
While there a fellow had some gear he no longer needed.

I still have this nonsense going on, for a few more weeks any way.

I have been shooting the Liberty, XS 60 C and Fusion fairly regularly from the bench. Since I re barreled the SSP 250 to .22 I have been playing with that a bit too, but it is a lot of work.
Pumpers and break barrels are pretty much a no-go as they are just too much work one handed.

I dragged out the Benji Mayhem today, haven't shot it is quite some time. It's basically a Benji Trail NP2 with different furniture.

Anyhow after getting frustrated with the Titan I figured I would try the other springer in the arsenal and was pretty pleased. No prize winning effort but still pretty consistent and fun to shoot. Shooting H&N FTT at 30 yards I was staying pretty much within 2 inch groups which is pretty good for me

Encouraged by that I went and got the Titan back out to feed it some FTT pellets. I did a little better today working on my Artillery hold and trigger techniques. I also dressed the lead a little last night and oiled the lockup pin. So a slight improvement

Still did better with the Mayhem, which is weird because I used to do batter with the Titan. Go figure.

It was a nice day to get out, relax with an adult beverage and sling some pellets.

Shot the X-5, tried some heavy wadcutters with it. Managed a tighter group with JSB Match pellets. Got about 80 shots per cart with them.

All these thread about the Liberty inspired me to take out the Aspen for a while this afternoon before the rain settled in.

Yep it's still a hard hitting tack driver!

Had fun with it. I even like the trigger on it. Dotting 1" targets from 30 yards time after time.

Oh shooting JSB Heavys.

Shot some 10m targets with my 2300kt and my new to me Daisy 850. It was a good day. No major shaking and my scores showed it. Tried out a rather pricey target scoring app that makes this 10m stuff fun . All in all a great day

Shot some long range targets today. Managed a 2.8" group at 100 yards with a Hatsan AT44 using 14.3 grain JSBs.
Any day shooting is a good day - a day shooting pretty well at long range is a very fun day.

I took some pot shots at deadfall tree branches that were out in the woods behind my house, with a 25 Cal. Hatsan 125 Spring Piston Break Barrel Rifle.

Got the wgrs54 sighted in on American boy and wasn't getting the world's best groups fully rested at 10 yds, it was good enough that I figured I could hit what I'm aiming at.
Took my normal knee rested position and had no problem hitting candy corns consistently at 10 yds.
