Just as fun as shooting them in the head at point blank with a 12ga. shotgun. When I'm out mowing or working I always keep some form of shooter close by. But like I said, I just took an unplanned stroll with my 20oz. coffee in hand.I may have to start making that a daily routine and come prepared. That area that I have been clearing is very close to the swampy part of the property.Willy G loaded with wad cutters would make a dandy snake charmer. I'm also partial to the .25 Striker loaded with Crow Magnums.

Trust me, Willie G. has taken a lion's share of snakes.. among other critters. I do like a quick follow up shot though, especially when it comes to venomous snakes. Willie G. is just a bit slow in that regard.
I ( the dog actually) found a half eaten dead cottontail juvenile rabbit in the yard this morning. The cat must have killed it last night while he was out and about.Starting this Spring, right after the snow melted off, we have been letting the cat outside. This is the first year that there have been No chipmunks No Rabbits and very few grey squirrels in my yard... all summer. The cat has been leaving the birds alone and has not killed any at all, even though he has had plenty of opportunities if he had chosen to.At the start, I was concerned that maybe the cat would go after the many song birds that frequent my feeder and yard, especially the Robins but that did not happen. That big Tom Cat is a real hunter/killer but he prefers larger prey than just birds.Best Wishes - Tom

Betty Lou was chased by several cows as a small girl and it scarred her for life. She has a terrible fear of cows.
That turtle stampede had to be a sight LOL Well I was not a hot shot yesterday, but Nick got one @30 with his Chaser SBR and Gamo Rockets
