for the past 3 weeks they "Have begun an Investigation"....... you would think by now they would have ended the investigation and credited the vendor for a new one, it's only about $250......

My understanding is they only check about 1 in 5 packages due to volume, if they saw something they felt was un- lawful to import it would go back to the seller. If they wanted to extract an import duty you'd think they would mail something to you for the charges to release the package after payment. It could be they are just so overwhelmed with incoming packages that it's just sitting there until they get to it. Have you heard anything back from the vendor?

not since I contacted them and they contacted UPS, both I and the Vendor are waiting on an answer from UPS.

I am elated, both of my Altaros orders are in the USA and moving.

The one week old order, the Booster is far ahead of the 3 week order, a Kratos regulator.

My kids tell me every time they get a raise or a promotion, they were raised to work on the run and proud of the benefits of that activity.

When I raised them up on that mountain, they worked with me daily as I strived to give them a work ethic.  I explained to them that an employer, when things got very bad, would not lay off a person who worked on the run and made them money.  Then I expained to them that this did not hold true with government employees, they always got paid no matter how they worked, as you grow up you will see what I mean.

Last time I checked, Customs was a government agency, as is the USpS which sat on my regulator for 3 weeks, unlike FedEx which is delivering my Boister 3 weeks faster from the same location.

Package found........ US Customs Seized it, according to them it does not have the Import stamp/markings for acceptance into the US, now what? I'm not gonna fight Customs over it, Can they can send it back to the sender, maybe a refund? I feel sorry for the sender, they have been really good on trying to find the package to find out it has been seized.

Ask Customs. I'm sure they have handled other cases like yours.
