Old Gringo and RBQ Chicken, yes on both counts.
If you can catch something from Buffalo Trace, pour some in a glass and relax. Prefer Weller or Booker and always on the look out for some Pappy.

I just got a bottle of some higher quality tequila.

Hornitos reposado

It isn't the best of the best but it is aged and 100% agave and is nice and smooth and with a great peppery tequila tang.

By itself it is tasty but also makes a good margarita with a little triple sec and fresh lime juice... ahhhh

My wife picked me up some stuff from Costco while she was close to the one across the river from Cincinnati. I got:

Kirkland's VO Cognac - IANA cognac expert, but for something as strong as cognac it's pretty good. My wife thinks it tastes like Pledge furniture polish, so more for me.

Angel's Envy - a sweet sipping bourbon. Pretty good.

Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey - the misspelling let's you know you're drinking top-shelf. It tastes like peanut butter alright. Not sure what I can do with peanut butter whiskey though. My daughter and I tried to make one of their recipes and it ended up tasting like peanut butter-flavored ditch water. Fun father/daughter bonding time, nasty mixed drink.

I'm a big fan of Costco's Vodka, rumor has it that its distilled by grey goose.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon.....2 thumbs up!
Very smooth........no harsh aftertaste. YUM !
The BT distillery makes one called Blanton's Bourbon that is SUPER expensive.......not gonna happen with this boy unless it is gifted to me !

Next up Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.

Funny you should mention Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. A friend of mine came over Sunday night and brought some. First time I ever tried it. VERY nice bourbon. Don't know what it costs.

Thank you Troy, I just had to look up that wine! As it turns out, they will ship the wine so now I have two bottles of Calamity Jane coming to us. The Concord grapes are my mom and my wife's favorite grapes so... if the wine is as good as I hope it is, I can easily see me ordering a couple of cases. I'll pop back to let y'all know how it is, till then...
