Good Morning, I woke about 5:00 AM I still feel full from last nights meal but, it didn't impair my sleep which is really rare for me. I have a cup of coffee and an checking my emails now, I need to make 3 large grease pans for my son in law for his grills. I just make hanger brackets and attach handles on steamer pans for him to use as grease pans since they do large amount of meats for their mobile catering business. It is not unusual for them to have 5 or 6 events on the same day now so they need more setups in reserve.They will be like these that I did previously. I repurpose the materials for trowels I but from Home depot.
