Got just shy of a foot of snow last night. Waiting for the greater to go down the road and clear us out. Until then I stay up watching the birds eat and waiting for the starlings to come in.

Beautiful and looks cold. Are the starling gonna paint the snow red?

Pardon my ignorance but what is an SEO?

SEO = search engine optimization. It's kinda like 'use you words.' It's all words and formatting and rules. Lots of rules and if you follow them, you win.

I made a Web Page back in March/April of 1997. Back then it didn't take money I researched what was need to get to the top of searches and was able to stay in the top ten results for a couple of years on related subjects. I had 1.2 million visitors to my site from all around the world. It was not done for money but one of the categories that falls under rule #3. One of the main reasons for my success with that page was that I used the recent then event that made big news March 26th of 1997 to my advantage. My ISP Host sold out so the page got dumped and I never did it again.

I looked up MS weather and didn't see a storm coming. What's expected?

TODAY:
1) Shooting at  intervals to 100 yards then making a range finder card for my Taipan.

2) Taking care of The Missus and doing something nice for her.

3) Splitting firewood

4) Buying a range finder today, hooray.

5) Answer the phone and make some money.

Woke up at 0247 and said no way. Went back to sleep, up at 0500, couple cups of coffee and I have a freezer in Ft. Smith to go work on. I didn’t work yesterday, so I’ll make the most of it. Tomorrow is a paid holiday.

Yessir! 12.5 Monday, 5.5 Tuesday, zip on Wednesday... 8 holiday for Friday. Today I’ll get what I can. After New Year’s work picks up. Come April/May til about September/October it’ll be 70-85 hours a week. For me it’s normal, got to pace yourself.

My welding / fabrication quotes are accurate but subject to "rounding up" A LOT depending on the customer attitude. Bargain seekers that want aluminum TIG welding at $15 / hour typically pay the premium rate.

Texas, Louisiana,  Arkansas,  Mississippi,  and parts of Tennessee will see or saw thunderstorms or heavy rain either last night, today or tonight.
Starting here this afternoon around 4pm through midnight a possibility of severe weather and high winds. Slight chance of hail and or a tornado.

Plus it was also a play on words, "Storm" referring to the future turmoil for our country.

Well today has me a little annoyed with my self.

As a long time veteran of snow and ice, should know better.
The weather girl said it would continue to rain yesterday, warm enough to melt everything, and warmer today.
She is really pretty so I believed everything she said....fool.

So I didn’t clear the driveway. Now she says we will only have mid 20’s today.
I am screwed. Iced in.

My wife is full of wisdom.
She reminded me that if the weather girl really new what the future will be, she would be in Vegas and not on TV talking to an idiot like me.
