It is well-balanced and easy to aim for as light as it is. I installed a Winchester 4x32AO on mine. Ranges down to 15ft!
The scope that came with my 1977 was wacked and Daisy sent me this one as a replacement.I thought it may be a little big for the rifle but if it balances good and you like scopes, then it looks to fit very nicely.I haven't opened it or decided if I will put it on though. I like peeps but am still just running open sights.
