Dan is that bike early 80's to mid 80's, I had a 1974 ST90, then bumped up to a 1976 XL175.
No matter where you go in life, it's the a-ole 5% who ruin things for the other 95%. And that Honda CT90 is seriously cool. I need one too.
All this talk about tractors… Yesterday, after I made my next-to last mower payment, I slapped my signature down on the salesman’s desk for this package, trailer included. It’s getting prepped in the shop and I’ll pick it up between Monday and Wednesday:
Yesterday Hoosier Momma was in a jam, so I took 1/2 vacation day from work and grilled 40 burgers and 40 "gentleman" sized hotdogs at the golf coarse for a small outing. Bought the "look pretty" petunias and potting soil for HER flower pots that I plant, water, prune, and de-head all summer.Today, I get to go to the Lodge and cook a roaster full of Taco meat, then go grill 45 burgers and Brats for another golf outing, and THEN go to "Dead-eye Lou's" Baby ShowerYes... I am going to become a GREAT-Grand Dad soon!

Nice find Wendell, I watched my grandfather fry many a fish on one, he had a big dutch oven pot he used to fry them in. Ah, the good ol' days. Dragged most of the air guns stuff into the shop, managed to clean a spot out to set the compressor up and store all the accessories with it. Did some pest removal with the Urban. Hopefully I can that under control before the tomatoes get ripe.
Wendell... Those old white gas Coleman's are worth big money to collectors!

So true, I think I even have a box of old shoe laces around here someplace. No but really, I have one of those Coleman stoves in good working order.Come to think of it, that may be another option for melting down wheel weights.
It's odd how the "Hot Town Summer In The City" groups get possessive about their piece of public beach on a steamy day. As former LE, on more than one occasion I was called to the state park to mediate warring beach groups. They would be initially ready to fight each other, the park rangers and even lovable me. The sign says "No Alcohol" so that could not possibly be part of the problem, right?
We spent Saturday night on our property after floating a section of the Upper James. It was our first trip on our inflatable "kayak", a Bote Zeppelin. The Bote was even better than we hoped, wanted, and expected. We spent a good part of Saturday evening relaxing around a fire enjoying adult beverages, discussing important topics, and thinking important thoughts. Sunday we went to a friend's home in what used to be the town of Manteo (a couple miles downriver from our property. The whole experience was new to my wife's best friend, her husband, and their twins (both just turned 4). Everybody had fun.... but it was good to get home. I'm still looking forward to moving there once we finish building the quonset hut. While we were happy to get home, it was readily apparent summer traffic was already in full effect as were neared Richmond, and from the city eastward, traffic was heavy- more like a regular work-day instead of 4 PM on a Sunday.
Congrats Dan! It looks like it's in very good shape. I could use a mountain bike myself. Maybe I can find a good price on a used one.
