Aaaaaaaaaand done, for now I need a time where I wont have the kids for a couple days to poly it. Im planning this Sunday after the kids go home for the first coat. I am using minwax polyshades I have used it before and its ight easier than stain and poly but not as nice.

Mowed the lawn-had to move four snakes, one frog, and had a caterpillar land on my head from nowhere; but got it done LOL...
Did turn the end of a 12gr Co2 cartridge; and thread it for a cap to use as an oil bottle in a cleaning kit, though-getting that time of year to have time in the shop again

Checked out my house after receiving the all clear on the SoCal Fire, rain helped a lot... my house is still there, thank GOD, others weren't as lucky.

Got wet.  It rained all day and we had a car show at the park today.  No amount of rain gear helps when you are constantly active in the down pour.  I shouldn’t complain. Being soaked either in sweat or swamp water is an occupational fact of this job.

It ain’t nuthin but water though.  Some days it’s worse.

Beats having a spider on your face. I almost ran right into one it's web but saw it last second and slammed on the brakes then sprayed it with wasp killer and used the grab tool to get rid of the web so I could finish mowing through there in peace.

I ride my property perimeter often on my 4-wheeler, I dodge dozens of spider webs but some I don't see in time. It's not unusual for me to get two or three spiders in the face every trip.

No kidding!   
I have literally resorted to wagging a stick around in front of me in certain areas, like down the trails-too dark to spot the webs ahead of time...   
It's prime spider season here, almost caught a big one in the face if I hadn't been looking-yuck!
Shower and change of clothes here too; up until about three-ish years ago, never had seen a tick one-now there's plenty of the little demons...
Besides, you get covered head to toe in dust and clippings anyhow-started hitting myself with the leaf blower so I don't drop junk all over the house getting to the shower-works pretty good if you don't have a blow nozzle and air compressor!

Define "spider"... my worst encounter was a Garden Spider at face level on the mower... still gives me the Heebee-Jeevees remembering it!
