This is my one and only forum as well.I tethered myself to my blood pressure tester this morning once I realized there was an issue.My mind suddenly went to alternative routing mode.. "recalculating... recalculating".I was devastated to the point where I got online and paid all my bills.. a week early.On my way out the door to work this morning Betty Lou said "Have a good day". I asked her if she was trying to be funny.

Got a shingles shot (#2). Then found out that the friend I had spent several hours with on the day before tested positive for COVID. Great. Now I have to sort out reaction to the shot vs. possible COVID. Will be testing on Saturday morning.
We had appointments with our heart and COPD doctors in Tyler today. I got a temporary heart monitor taped to my chest and Martha got a change in her COPD meds.After a sumptuous lunch at the Golden Corral, we headed south and stopped at the TMF hospital in Jacksonville for my blood work. Thank Goodness, my Mg level is back up to normal. I definitely do not want to ever go through that again.Tomorrow, I hope to do some shootin' with my peep sighted rifles if it's not too dark under the shade trees.

It's kinda' rare but I have issues with low maagnesium electorite which has led to seizures and ambulance rides.
