Cleaned the floors, played tennis and did the laundry.

Another trash panda in the freezer, reset traps, laundry, clean house, transplant fruit trees into bigger containers, some are not ready to be put in the ground, fix chicken coop doors, and anything else that needs a tending to.

Demo'd the kitchen, looks like a crack house now.

Drove four tours aboard the new boat.  It’s a big scow but it’s got dual 150’s and deferential throttles so you can spin it in its own length and ferry against the wind or current with one running forward and one in reverse. It’s also tall! The helm is about six feet higher than the station on my regular boat so this is a whole new perspective.

I spent the day trying to relax and trying to recover from all the yard work I did this week. Feeling like I was just run over by a truck again. I do have the satisfaction of knowing I accomplished a lot though, so mentality I'm good. It is just all my old injuries to my spine, nerves, mussels, joints, and connective tissues that are complaining! LOL

Oh well tomorrow is another Sunday and will be a good day.

One more deck board to scrounge up and put down. We bought new deck boards for the 10' trailer and used the old boards on the deck just like we did with the 16' trailer.

Mostly been working on animal nutrition this weekend, just submitted my last assignments for this week. The weather has been awful for doing much of anything, so I stayed inside and played old video games. Today I'm hoping to cast some slugs and pellets, but I'm not in a hurry.

Packing to leave for Texas.  I’ve got to run around and collect necessaries and arrange for someone to water the garden and look after the critters (this whole thing was on kinda short notice.).  For possibly the first time in our lives the memsahib and I will be traveling without a K9 companion.  We intend to explore a new world of stopping when WE want to and visiting places we can’t take pets.

Spent my morning trying to get a appointment with the VA for my annual physical. What a pita!!!! Dang web site kept moving me from one page to another until I had 6 pages in the background. Finally just messaged my primary team. I wouldn't have even bothered but if they haven't seen you for more than a year they won't fill your prescriptions.

I have not been to my primary care doctor in over two years. I used not going to where there is a high likelihood of getting "exposed to sick people" and got my cardiologist to rewrite my prescriptions when I was there for a check up already. I am sure I may have to see the Primary Doc this year sometime, but I will continue to avoid him as long as I can.

They got me one year. I was working and staying at my oldest daughter's home in orange county watching her 18 year old cat while they were on vacation when the VA clinic in Victorville called and said they couldn't refill my meds. I had to leave work early. Ride up to Victorville and see the nurse practitioner then ride all the way back down to southern orange county. That ended up being around a 250 mile ride along with working 7 hrs.

I avoid the quacks.  I have one of the most serious medical conditions that you can have.  I have good insurance.

If you have good insurance the doctor will FIND something wrong with you.  If I go to the snake oil merchants office and complain about a sore back they want me to have blood work and an EEG, CT scan etc.
