So every every vehicle I owned ended up getting brake improvements right after (or even when) upgrading the quality of the tires. Next vehicle on the list is my Odyssey.
Spent the day in meetings for the company I work for.The last meeting was about some new software We are looking at and what we would need to use it.I recommended a Wacom Cintiq Pro 32 as part of the proposed system.
Went to the Doctors, have a Sinus infection, maybe caused by the air quality here in SoCal.A lot of smoke in the air, a lot of HOT, DRY, triple digit days... all add up to foul air !I didn't know what to expect, not only the head was screwed up but I was getting the muscle aches like the flu. COVID-19... the Doctor said don't worry about that, not happening.he did go for the Blood Workup... just incase I guess !We will see, no eating tonight after eight.
Might want to get a humidifier for the bedroom even for anything the dry air. We have a vicks brand. Tech tip dont throw out the little pad they include you can recharge it with what ever oils you want. If you have hard water be prepared to deal with buildup or using CLR kind of chemicals to keep it working longer than 6 months.

I did shoot today but non airgun related I changed out spark plugs, wires, and ignition coils trying to get rid of a misfire error code and rough running engine on my Tacoma. It worked. Also changed out the front brake pads on the drivers side of the big van. The inside pad was GONE! I should have changed the rotor too but I was NOT really wanting to do that. It will be done later... maybe. ha ha!

I do the same and the cost has already paid off by saving me from numerous near collisions without loss of control. Don't forget to upgrade the brake fluid if needed as mine did. I monitor mine with ph strips and a brake fluid tester usually changing it every 2yrs.
Changed that rotor out tonight after work and the boogered up pad that was torn up by the worn rotor. All better now.An auto mechanic I am not. Always need some tool that I don't have.

Always need some tool that I don't have. Pads are supposed to wear evenly so that may be a sign that you have a sticky caliper piston due to a dirty seal. If you didn't clean inside the caliper with a wet soaped rag before installing the rotor to make sure the seals are clean and then grease the back plate of the pads I'd recommend doing so or you'll likely just wind up with another pad worn prematurely. I wouldn't use brake cleaner as it could damage the seals and remove caliper paint if they're painted. I'd bleed the brake fluid line to that wheel a little too just in case some air developed in there over time. If your caliper has two bleed lines start with the outside first.
Prepped a new mail box and post.FYI for you "Urbanites"... us Rural Folks need to put a Mailbox at the end of our drive / lane... In Halloween season it it is customary here to smash mail boxes with a pumpkin..I don't know why... never participated... but it has always been so. I am prepping.
Scott, sounds like you have some rancid dog food if you are using dry dog food. I rotate my dog food every purchase, another words a different brand each purchase for that reason. Also it keeps them from getting bored with eating the same food every day.
