How are your regs working out? I wasn't overly impressed the way mine was performing. Eve adjusted to the knee it seemed to wander quite a bit.

Ordered some Bellevilles from McMaster Carr and from the 30 or so pellets I shot adjusting it back to the knee. It's working much better. Let it set for 3 hours and its still right on the money. Hate having to wast a shot to even everything up. Not good for hunting situations. I did polish the brass piston rod and sand the seat on a flat surface before hand. But the washers have seemed to do the trick. They are a bit taller than the stock ones, so they do have more range of motion. Backed the reg off 3 dots to get where i previously was.

Usually 1/2 to 1 cc per ft lbs.. I pm'd him and he said 25 cc...

If the stock gun is already making 45-50fpe with its limited plenum at around 2000psi according to Stephen. the new plenum will certainly reach 55-60fpe is my guesstimate. shotcount will always be less once you choose power. i would be happy if it can yield 30 shots at that power level. which is also my guestimate

This is good stuff, but when I ran out I got some CRC Extreme Duty Silicone Lubricant and it seems to be even better.

Have you drilled the barrel port out yet? If not I would do that along with turning your reg up about an 8th of a turn and shim the hammer spring with one washer. I gained about 100fps just doing that.

I should be receiving two of return guns today, one wood and another plastic. Takes a while to get to taxifornia. I'll be back on the ball making shorter plenum that will fit within the lines of the stock(s)  trading volume for cosmetics.  It is easy to fit in the plastic, the wood will take some work by the owner.

I'm trying to avoid a higher reg pressure because I hand pump. How do they get the power that they do with a small plenum. Anyone know what the plenum volume is. I thought I read somewhere 5 to 6 cc's but that seems too small for the power.
