Been waiting all day for a plastic and a wood to show. Shoulda been here today at the latest.....maybe weather/flood delayed.
Just screwing off here today....waiting, so I shot a few across the chrono to see some effect of the plenum at about 25cc.

3500 psi fill
regulator at 1600(110 bar)
ports drilled .187 no other power mods.
No hammer spring washers, actually faced off .006 less than original
Barracuda match 21.14
First shot reg crept to 1800
877
Next 20 at 834 +-5
for 32.6 ft lbs.
Looks like the plenum will provide positive results.
"dang", wish unmodified guns would arrive so I can start on an unmodified gun and finish fitment......be patient, lol.

Being able to drop it to 1600 and still get 30+ fpe is great!

I assume after 20 shots, you still had plenty of air left.

Yes, I'm pleased, but remember the ports were drilled to .187, 3/16 in. Started at 3500, finished a bit under 3000.
I'm expecting it to be capable of big power when tuned to do so. pics of starting, ending and plenum pressure.

Billy. ya need to show us what the plenum can do by maxing out the power. if the bigger plenum is on there. might as well set the reg at 2000psi, shimm the hammer spring and let 'er rip.

Plenums will be available soon. I do things right, not necessarily fast. There is a lot to consider, I do not want to overlook anything.

As far as powering it up and seeing what she'll do. Tuesday....I'll see what it does with the 10mm thread, .205 port. I'll go to 1/2x20 with a .3 port if it is inadequate for the insane!!

sounds like a good plan Billy.
i tried using a 8.9 grade m10 bolt, it fits but sloppy so i went and bought adjustable die, should work fine if i go slow. still too many projects too little time...

Mine appears to have a leak. 1000 psi over 2 days. Not sure what to do. Wait for larger plenum tear down and reseal. Don't really wang to mess around with sending back.

Hey Dpittman, 2 of my 3 guns have a slow leak. I have torn down one of the guns to change all the orings as I can detect where the leak is coming from. So, looking at the list of orings needed for this gun I noticed that the manual uses the cross section by the outter diameter in MM. Every oring manufacturer uses the CS x inner Diameter. So, I'm measuring every oring so far the manual has the air tube oring with outter diameters. Be careful if you order orings that you actually measure the o ring.

Also, the pellet probe oring is wrong. The outer diameter is 1.5x4(inner diameter) not 1.5x 7(outer diameter)
The transfer port oring the same thing 7mm outer diameter.

I have a few bags of O-rings that are too large, based on inner diameter!

You would do all us NV owners a big favor with all the correct material/sizes/dur, and where you were able to obtain them.

Probe and barrel swap. fpe should be the same if not more due to the bigger bore.

It will be more than what you can get with a 22 barrel.

PS: You would be able to make mags from Mrod ones, like I did for the 25 cal fortitude.
