Lol, go for it. It's not a profit center for me and more than one tester will give us more data. On the prototype pictured, I tapped the top of the plenum 10x1.25 mm.  I machined most of the head off of a grade 12.9 10x1.25 bolt, drilled it .205 radiused both ends and screwed it through the plenum from the inside to attach the plenum to the gun. The loss of volume is negigible. When I'm done evaluating the 10mm thread, It will be easy to retrofit it to 1/2-20 without having to remake it, only having to mod the reciever. I have, in fact, considered making them all 1/2-20 and providing a 1/2-20 or a 1/2-20 necked to 10x1.25 adapter for economy of parts. Some may choose to go to 1/2-20 after initially going 10mm for the larger transfer/greater tuning ability it might offer. You should do the same and we can compare notes. If not, I'll let you know as soon as It's ready!

Lol Billy, i was just trying to push ya a little faster on the project. i know you have cnc  programmed ready to go. thats a good way to mount a plenum without cutting a thread. i was also thinking of an adapter type.

if you thread m10x1.25 on one end and 1/2-20 on the other end of the plenum. you can make a double ended male adapter with m10x1.25 and 1/2-20 on the other. the end user can the  use oem threads now and 1/2-20 later when he/she can mod the receiver later. of course there needs to be plugs and adapter to the nanometer.

just my opinion. whoever is beta testing should have a chronograph and heavy pellets (ideally). a+ if has a range and time...i have both chrono and 36 grains pellets in .22 but no range and time.

Billy, can you actually put us in on the list? i know it will not bring income but for our hobby's sake.

I'm one of Billy's test-mules. I've got three chrony's, 1500+ acres of land, plenty of time (assuming weather cooperates here in  southern Wisconsin)and a $150.00 worth of every weight and brand of pellet I could think of headed my way from PA.

Just waiting for the plenum. Billy's in the motorcycle biz, (like myself, but I'm semi-retired at this point) and this time of year is busy. When he's not actually paying bills and has time to ship me a plenum, I'll start shooting, charting and reporting back.

I only opened the barrel port to 0.176" and did see a power increase.  I believe Stephen only opened the barrel port on his 2nd Liberty.   Low hanging fruit.

I drilled my barrel port to 11/64” added 1 shim to the hammer spring and turned the regulator up an eighth of a turn and saw a 100fps increase. I recommend doing it as it is easy and you will see velocity increase for sure.

What should be my next course of action?  Send it back? Lol...we've been enjoying the *(&^ out of this gun.

What should be my next course of action?  Send it back? Lol...we've been enjoying the *(&^ out of this gun.

My replacement Liberty which I now call Liberty2 had a similar leak and a missing fill probe. None too happy to say the least.
But I decided to keep it rather than send it back because it was a better shooter than Liberty1 and the fit & finish was easy on the eyes.
Using some leak detector I bought, which worked better than soap & water and spit, was made it easier to use and find small leaks. Learned this from my experience from Liberty1.
I found the leak on the airtube near the breach end. The leak was due to a small nick in one of the orings. Replaced it and has been leak free.

Hey All, I too have a very slow leak on my 2nd Liberty. I removed it from the stock and turned it upside down. using soapy water, I FOUND IT! It's coming from the 6K burst disc. I'm going to use some Teflon tape and see if that fixes the leak. I will also check for more leaks.

It's an odd size and doesn't fit anything else I have.  You may want to call ATI and see if they can order one for you.  I don't know if it's the same probe used on the Freedom, if so, PA may be able to get one also.  Let us know what you find out.
