l likely be offering them (among other parts) in a within stock configuration for those interested in extended shot counts and or increased power over the dismally small factory part.
DuyGood tip on the screw, going to address that today. Finally getting a decent day here in Missouri and the pellets will fly! How much of a difference did your valve work make? Can the stock valve be improved by cleaning up the ports and angling them a littlle? Dremel type stuff, or not worth the effort?
do not over tighten the stock screw infront of the handgard. doing so can bulge-in the receiver where the valve sits, will damage rear valve oring and leak during shot cycle. the solution is to shorten the screw. since this is a safety concern i thought the infor needs to be shared out here so people will know.
Another Custom stock for the ATI Nova Liberty.
Hey Ray glad to see that result here. i was going to open your receiver ports to .217 to match that exhast port but misplaced the reamer, saw the power gain and stopped there. my offer to open it up is still good as long as you still have that liberty. will send that power wheel Monday for sure.i reversed everything back to oem except for hammer shims. i tested 14.3 grains at 1109fps with wheel and barrel port at .217 but receiver port at 3/16. i estimated the power loss due to .177 port for nsa 15.5g to be at around 950fps. ts not that hard to get closer to that Ray.
DuyI too have a 177 would like to shoot the nsa 15.5g slugs I’m currently overseas will be home April 8 bought the Liberty back in December and haven’t shot it yet. Want to shoot slugs as I already have ordered the slugs. What do I need to do to get to shoot 950? Thanks

Thanksbarrel port .150x.188. power wheel port .188. exhaust port enlarged. look at oem valve...ignore the cross trench, the exhaust channel is occuppied most by the valve pin. needs work. angle it and everything. oem valve will not give much duration compared to the one i made. so you need to up the pressure of the reg and shim the hammer spring. or make a heavy hammer. get on Billys list. that will be one of must items for power
I’m down for one😎
