Is it just a rumor or is it a fact there will be another U.S. distributor of SPA this year? In any case I ask anyone who speaks with Julie at SPA to please do us all a favor and mention that the group is dissatisfied with Mrod-Air. It would also be worth mentioning that we feel a new distributor is essential if SPA would like to grow their U.S. business. She may be aware of this already but it's worth mentioning and worth asking her to pass this information further up the organization. We can't assume she has already done this. Often the executives never hear this kind of stuff.
Julie at SPA told me they planned to have a new distributor in the USA early this year. Not sure who it is though.

It was actually pretty easy to get the dispute form from the gift card visa, did it all online, so no more phone calls or emails from me.In all my years of doing internet and mail order this is the first time I've ever had to do anything like this. To those that do business with this guy, there's a reason why bad customer service exists, it's because we allow it to. I did nothing to this guy but try and order some parts, close to 2 months ago, paid for said parts (yes the charge is on the card) and have never received the parts or tracking information whatsoever.So I'm done trying to reach this guy, if he's to busy doing other things then maybe he shouldn't be operating a business, because he's not too busy to take my money, only to busy to provide the slightest bit of customer support.I feel like a victim here, and having people chime in that they will still do business with this guy kind of makes me feel weird. Weird in the sense like talking to the guy who got randomly punched in the mouth by the bipolar guy while riding the bus, saying something like "what did you say to him that made him punch you weird. I've known him for sometime now, he's never just up and punched me, what did you say to him that made him hit you?" Then guy says I was just riding the bus like everyone else, minding my own business, didn't say a word to the guy, and he punched me.

Interesting if you look at the attached world map from the "Marketing Network" page on the SPA website, it shows two locations in the U.S.A. I wonder who the second one is?
