I've used their email address, phone numbers listed on their website & through searching the net. I've left I don't know how many voice messages & emails but have not heard anything in response yet. Is there some other way to contact these guys?

Not trying to bash, just want to find out what the heck is going on with a placed order from November that I have not received.

Good luck. I've never gotten a response out of them. Ordered guns show up, but he only answers when he feels like it; ignoring all others. He has also taken "pre orders" for guns he does not have in stock and won't have for months. Perhaps that's the deal with yours.

There are plenty of threads on the horrible communication and customer service people deal with from mrodair. Best you can do is keep trying and hope for the best.

...Or you can contact your credit card company and tell them no product was received. They will contact him and give you a resolution one way or another.

Sad. Customer service is everything. I wanted and PP700 and bought it elsewhere just to avoid the hassle.

I guess that I'm one of the fortunate ones, every time I email to Mike he's returned my email. When I did though I replied to the automated reply that I've received from when I ordered the product. I'm not aware of any pre order stuff there right now but I could be wrong, that does seem awfully long for something that he has in stock. Every time that I've ordered from him he's shipped it out promptly and it was here in less than a week. I'm curious as to what it was that you ordered Ken ?

Has your credit card been charged for the order?
If your credit card has not been charged, then it is possible that Mrodair did not receive the order.
Did you get a confirmation email like the one below?

Yep I have an email just like this dated 11/30/17. I used a gift visa to pay for it and $ was charged from balance. Going to be a PITA to deal with non bank visa, but I'm going to do it.

Just ordered a few parts for the P-12 I picked up, everything I ordered was in stock or at least that's what the website said when ai ordered them.

I have UPS My Choice and can actually see when the shipping label was created, I have a similar one for USPS but it not too good, it don't always show an arrival date but when it shows a shipping date it's usually an accurate guess from there. I recently got my SS valve for my Prod a it came a day earlier than what they said at the same time I had something else coming USPS that was supposed to be here the same day as the SS valve came and it still hasn't showed up yet.

Not that this helps your situation but just ordered a PP700S-A, next day got an email with tracking number. As with my P 12 very fast shipping all though with my P 12 was never given a tracking number it just showed up in less than a week. I did have a simple question as to a part that came with my P 12 and Mike got right back to me.
Now when I order from Mrodair I understand that I’m pretty much on my own. The good thing about the SPA guns is there easy to work on by keeping things simple.You take a chance but for the price versus product you pretty much can’t beat it.

Phil I just checked my email and received a usps notification for today. I went and signed in on the dashboard to check packages and the package that was supposed to be here Saturday arrived at the post office today and it's probably going to be in my mailbox within a half hour.

I've been tempted to buy another one of the PP700SA's myself, $189 shipped is hard to beat.

I guess what I have the most beef with is simply not replying to the 10+ emails & phone voicemail messages. I'd read about the questionable customer service, but took the chance.
