Mike chimes in here on this forum every now and then to defend himself. He says things like: Who me? I give great customer service. I don't know what else I could have done. It's comical.

Is my order shipped "yup" when was it shipped "crickets" can you give information on the tracking "it was emailed" i received No email with a tracking number "should have" "Order on its way ok" that was the phone conversation in a nutshell. lol

Mike does have a lot of irons in the fire so to speak, when I talked with him I'll bet we yacked for half an hour, he's also got a machine shop that keeps him busy, he does more than airguns for sure, originally what got him started on airguns were the paintball guns I think.
I wonder when he'll chime in on this thread.
I would have already ordered a couple guns from him, had I not read other posts like this one first. I am glad I didn't go ahead and order anyway.
I get it... customer service is HUGE !! Tracking is HUGE !!However, I am very happy with every one of my SPA guns and my MKII compressor that I got through MRodAir. If he had an SPA pumper in stock I would place the order today. I haven't tried to contact Mike lately. I have talked to him several times in the past. Each time I called him around 8:00am CT and he usually answered.
I would order again but i would first have to at least talk to him or someone to make sure the company is still alive. The Airmax Varmint like i said got it for my wife but its a great rifle at $179 its dirt cheap.

If I have issues at this point I would order parts directly from China same as if I had bought a gun from PA or any other vendor months ago. Guys, I'm not defending MRodAir or anyone else for that matter. What I'm saying is that if you haven't experienced some of these SPA guns you're missing out on some good stuff at a great price. Just so happens that MOST of it is only available from this vendor. That seems to be changing. As time passes it will be interesting to see how PA and Diana handles issues with them. I feel very fortunate that I haven't had any issues with mine that I could not address myself. There was a point where I was ready to pack up all my SPA stuff and dump it to someone else. Admittedly, that was out of frustration over lack of customer service. When I order something, I WANT TRACKING !!! I'm over it now and I totally enjoy my group of SPA guns.
