LOL, WOW! At least I know one to stay away from. I can't stand their website layout/format anyways. Their guns are interesting though...Too bad.

Called left yet another message & sent emails to both email addresses I have. My next day off I'm going to contact gift card bank and see what they can do.

All I wanted was the degassing tool really all the other items I ordered were just because I had a gift card. I'm just glad I didn't add the baffle system, honesty this was a test order, but if this is the level of customer service, no mas for me.

I thought the brands he carried would make anyone a dealer if you ordered some very low number like 10 or more.

When i ordered the email he responded to was max_dent@yahoo.com. I did call once asking for tracking number that he said was emailed and it was never emailed. But next day rifle was at my door. hope this help.

I am a happy Mrodair customer.

I have ordered 3 times from Mrodair in the last 8 months.
All 3 orders were delivered promptly.
My CP-2 order in December had 2 bad magazines. I emailed Mrodair and they sent me 2 replacements.
My guess is that they are overworked and do not have time to answer all their calls and emails.
I have never got Mrodair on the phone but they have answered a couple of my emails.
I am surprised that your order was placed and verified in November and your credit card was charged but you have not received the order.
Your order may have been lost.
If Mrodair would just answer your calls or emails, I think they would fix the problem.

ya his pricing is to high for what he has ... I can see gun's like the new hatsan Flash putting huge dent in the sales of the china guns for sure ...especially priced at $299.99... and you buy from one of the BIG reliable stores with really good service ... I think in the next 12-24 months you will see the price drop on higher quality guns do to the competition .... which will be great for us that buy ....

I do know when i did talk with him on the phone he was a little out there. Try calling but this time block your number.

I like this idea, don't know why I didn't think of trying another phone number or blocked line. Wish me luck.
