Today I had a Chorizo and Egg Burrito for breakfast, BBQ Rib and Brussel Sprouts for lunch, and I just had Eggo waffles with real Butter and Peach Butter.

Last night I noticed a package of precooked bacon was stamped, "Use or freeze by May 22." OOPS. Opened it tonight, sighed relief that no bad smells or appearance showed, and proceeded to cook it. We had the bacon, salad, and whole wheat frybread for dinner.

No indication of food poisoning yet.

Found some leftover white peppered gravy in the fridge from 2 days ago. Used it for dipping sauce for some toasted up Eggo waffles.

Yum Brett!

4 strips of bacon and a jalapeno beef stick for breakfast then I skipped lunch and ate a Mexican pizza and bean burrito from Taco Bell with Cholula chili garlic hot sauce for dinner.

Pizzas. One is a red sauce pie with Italian sausages and grilled veggies. The other, is an alfredo sauce with shrimp and sausages and grilled veggies.
There was some leftover diced cilantro and jalapeño in the fridge, so I tried with the white pizza, and it was really tasty!

No drugs chicken breast with crusted parm. Golden potatoes with carrots and wax beans from the garden. Almost out of carrots and beans from last year.
