That’s my kind of PCP!  I don’t think I could ever afford one like that and I don’t think a classically styled muzzle loading PCP could be marketed profitably.  But maybe I could build one some day!

I shot the C362 and the 3622 in comparison today with the XS60C as a control.  This was for trigger comparison and if you want to know my opinion then read my thread in the Airgun Review gate.

 This morning I put some wadcutters through the Crosman 1377RC.

Started out with PBs in mind.  It was tiresome opening up safes, gathering ammo and range equipment.   Was gonna shoot at home but then drove to my club and no one was there so I had to open up the range.   I'm not looking forward to the gun cleaning tonight.   Anyways when I came home I pulled out the Crosman 600 and shot from the deck, plinking at kitchenware hanging in the trees.   Much more chill, no noise, no recoil.   Every year this old guy likes heavy recoil less and less.   There's some things about the Crosman 600 that I really like.   The grip and grip angle, the mechanicalness of the funky tube feed loading system and of course it's semi-auto.   I also like the fact that it's a 60 year-ish old gun and I don't have to dismantle and clean it after shooting.

That really needs a steel breech!

 It used to have a .177 Baker breech, but I had sold off the .22 Baker breech a while ago, and so swapped out the probe and use it on the 1322.
 Buck Rail doesn't cost so much.

Shot my mouth off in a “blue streak” after the wind knocked over the little box containing my pellet tin for today’s shooting. All 23 remaining pellets ended up in the gravel! I tossed them out rather than risk fouling the P3’s innards. I had only shot 16 so far.

The shooting had been going well till that point. Standing offhand, 33’ at soda can in pellet trap. After that unplanned disruption, I struggled to get back on track. Increased wind did not help.

Later today I get to open the next tin and count/inspect pellets. No measuring or weighing is involved, only looking for obvious defects.

Spent over 2 hours shooting my new Beeman Chief 2, 2k fill.   Over night it does leak, however during the shooting it wasn't a problem at all.  Accurate, fairly good trigger and lot's of fun to make the targets notice it's power.  For a sub $200 dollar gun it's a good value.  Charles

Spent a long time trying to get my new Beeman Underlever sighted in. The scope needs to come up. I can shoot it but it would be better with high mount rings.

I love taking my Notos to the LGR because it's a SBR suppressed with no tax stamps...lol and no recoil.  I'm pretty accurate with my Bear repellent, but can shoot the PP800r all day with almost no recoil.
