Tried to do some quality 10M practice with the IZH46M. Gave up. Then did some much lower quality practice with a P-17. Gave up. Some days ya got it, some days you don't.

The Notos trying to sight in the Sig Romeo 5. Sadly I don't like the no click adjustments and very little range of adjustment. I had to shim the rear of the sight to get on paper...
I like the weight, eye relief and field of vision...will field test on next woodswalk. My crummy eyesight does miss the magnification. However, I believe I had my magnification too high which kept me from getting a bead on Ninja Nutter opening day. The Notos is currently outfitted with the Romeo and 3D Handguard. Incredibly light, which is a good thing cause I will need a MLok to Pic rail to attach my front sling mount (and long enough for the bi-pod). Still leaning towards the CP LPVO but we'll see what field testing says...IIRC 8x was my sweet spot for hunting last year...I had the CP on 12x so I can see the holes in the paper at the 24M indoor range

Still plinking around with the 3622 OEM sights. Last week I found a $20 bill I didn’t know I had and felt obliged to buy RWS Super-H-Points 14.2g, Superpoint Extra 14.5g and Superdome 14.5g. The Super-H-Points were best with a 3/8” 5 shot group seated offhand at 20m. The Norma SuperPointStrike 14.5g were almost as good. Now, for my old eyes and shaking hands that is good. Sometimes the bullseye looked a bit blurry through the peep and I estimated.
I really should mount the scope, a CVLife 3-9x40 R4 that is sitting on my desk next to the steel breach, but when I get any time I would rather shoot. And x40 seems a bit big to me, but it was inexpensive. So next I will chrony a string with CPHP and find the sweet spot. Taking my time and enjoying the process.

2240 with buckrail ldc and air boss pellets, which it likes.

I shot the 3622 down to about 800 PSI and then pumped to 1800. I wandered the pasture plinking pinecones and sweetgum balls with 14.3gr CPHP. Not the most accurate pellet in this gun but not bad out to 20 yards or so.

Newly kitted D460 .22 at just under 12 fpe. Sweet.

Finally fixed D48 .177 at just under 14 fpe. Relief.

This is the springer arsenal I wanted but was banging my head against the wall trying to get. Thanks to JM for his help. Appreciation to Hector, who is replacing the piston that failed.

.177 under 14 fpe is great for head shots. .22 under 12 is great for body shots. Close range. Both cock and shoot so smooth with the ARH kits at these power levels.

Both flip my .22 LR paddle flip targets at 50 ft in the basement range as long as the circle is hit.

I wonder if the d48 gets through two cigar tins at 50 ft at this range? Thatis my other measure/goal. A .22 that flips the paddle and smacks through 1 tina d a .177 that flips the paddle and penetrates 2 tins at 50 ft.

S&W 78G. I've been thinking that I would like to get a 79G since I have lots of .177 pellets and not too many .22 pellets. I'm bidding on one now at auction and not sure how much I'm willing to pay. Anyways, I shot the 78G to determine how much I like the S&Ws. I was surprised to get over 60 shots from one CO2 cartridge and pleased that it held pressure overnight. Guess I like it enough to try for the 79G.
