So.....what did you shoot today?

I took the Crosman 400 out on the minibike to shoot at the dozen or so 20ga shotgun hulls I collected yesterday but my shooting session was cut short when I got it jammed and the trigger somehow got locked up after I cleared it.
I don't know what caused it, but it's happened before and the issue can't be resolved in the field.

Before mowing the lawn after work today, I took 4 off-hand shots with the Notos. Hit all the targets including a 2" spinner 25yd out.
Why only 4 shots? Because that was what was left in the magazine.

Did a 10 shot shot string over my chrono from my.22 impact MK2. First one I've done. 1st 3 shots were low then came up almost what I expected. I'm trying different sized slugs to see what gives me the lowest sd. I have not shot it in about 2 months and the start of the string showed it. Sized them to.218. Next I'm going to size to.217 and see if it's better.

 Made a can dance around, behind the shop with the .25 notos, let hole 10 rd mag go, was fun making it spin and flip different ways. First shot it was perched on a gravel pile, when hit it was slow to fall as it was down in the gravel, so it dramatically fell with a slow agonizing twirl, then rolled down the mountain. RIP Cana Pam  :'(

Eye surgery was yesterday.   Today I shot the IZH46M.   My eyes seem to be at least  OK, maybe even better than before surgery.   It's too early to know for sure.

I took some air rifles out to the local unofficial range in the national forest.  I mostly shot my sawed off .22 Crosman Fire frankengun thing at longer ranges.  I was hitting plastic water bottles at 65 yards once I got the holdover figured.

If yesterday counts (Scan the target at work first), Beeman 0035 at about 11 yards, bottom first was Daisy flat nosed wadcutters from a very old sampler "dial-a-pellet" type plastic thingy I probably bought at WallyWorld, top newly purchased H&N FTT. Both X3 rounds on a Caldwell bag rest up against the trigger guard, iron sights.

Question (already posted tacked onto older post in projectile gate):  Anybody know how to get more of the Daisy wadcutter matching what's in the sampler thingy (sampler said made in China, maybe they moved production to Spain)? I see three different weight/types online...

I'm on the patio enjoying the weather with my wife, my red dot HW30S and my Crosman .357.  We apparently had a much needed downpour while I was in the hospital yesterday?   Our cheap little rain gauge showed an inch of water in it this morning and, that's the first rain since June.  C'mon winter.

I did the opposite of Dinh. After work I mowed first... then once the front acres was done I shot the Benji Kratos.
 Nice thing about a "bottle gun", once you fill it, it will be at the ready for many light shooting sessions.
4 mags worth and the gauge needle only moved a smidge.

Right there with you. 3/4” over the last two days. That’s what we got in July and August combined.  I’m excited, highs in low 90’s today I’m going to shoot! And rumors that Scott might get a shooting match or two going in the fall

So far today, I have shot my wonderful Air Arms S400 SL Carbine.

Why they made such a shy number of these side lever carbine versions of this gun is beyond my comprehension but I am privileged to own one.

 Took an end of the day pest tour, started raining so no pest. Did take it outwith eth Jet1 .25 and H&N Hunters, on a can tossed out to the 10 yard line behind the shop.

I broke out my red dot sighted HW50S for a few shots from the patio.  The 25 and 30 yard spinner spoons don't stand a chance against this rig. It's been pretty pleasant the past couple of days but it's starting to warm back up....dang it.

66 degrese when I got home from work... CO2 season is coming to an end.
Took out the 2nd Beeman AR 2078-B to continue breaking it in... next time will be indoors.
