Shot a hole in my wallet, ughhhhhh, these holiday sales.

Ha ha!  I tried to use the 15% at AGD on a Nomad 2 compressor.  It didn’t work and it stated that the compressor was exempt from using coupons but I tried anyway.  Sure would have been nice to get that $100 off.  I’ll keep waiting...  and pumping.  💪🏼

I didn’t shoot a hole in mine but I DID order some bbq sauce online.  I was visiting another airgun forum and ran across a video post of this young man shooting long range with his dad.  At the end of their video there was a plug for a family bbq sauce that they make.  I visited the sight and I was impressed watching and listening to this young man on YouTube, so I decided to encourage and support them in their venture and I bought some sauce!  3 bottles!  Haha!  Shipping is the killer though.  Here is a link to the sauce and his YT channel.  He is an airgunner so that’s a PLUS automatically in my book.

Shot some papertargets at 25 meters with my 50 year old hw35 .177, love this gun! Unfortunitly it started to rain so it was a short session

I don't understand how the e-mail can say save 15% site wide, yet everything I really want is excluded from discount codes!  So, is it really site wide to not!

Last few days I've been taking random off-hand shots at my spinner with my 2400KT from my deck- solid 19 yard shot.  I've used just about every .22 pellet lighter than 17gr and have hit it every time.

I've been praising this low-power plinker since I got it, and though it might not be able to send pellets into an MOA group at 100 yards, it's still a darn accurate airgun.

My Motorhead tuned HW98 .177. Haven't fired a shot out of it in several months, so I consulted my log where I keep all my zero/pellet info. Opened a new tin of H&N Sniper mediums, first cold shot I hit an English Sparrow 35 yards away! Outstanding rifle

Punched a few holes in some 10 yard rifle targets with the .177 Air Arms S510 I needed some theraphy after fighting with the Freedom 8 rebuild.

Nailed another tree rat today--first one I had seen since returning from taking care of my father during his heart surgery. Actually, the squirrel had gotten to the ground beside the tree when I popped it. Nice head shot, at 25 yds, shooting a CPHP in my HW95 tuned (used to me).     I'm loving my newest Weihrauch break barrel.

Shot through each tin of the new pellets three times today, in groupings of five shots--once for each .177 air rifle I'm actively shooting (Nitro Venom; HW95; HW97K). Of the three guns, the Crosman Nitro Venom is rather pellet picky (compared to the other two); so, I was surprised when it didn't shoot the RWS 8.2 pointed pellets well, or the 7.1 Excite HPs, Excite 7.48 Excite WCs, or the Excite 7.87 Domed. I was just as surprised when it loved the RWS 6.9 HPs. Both Weihrauchs shot all the pellets well except for the Excite 7.87s which had a wider grouping in the HW95) and the Excite WCs 7.48 econ pellets (which were aweful).

Pellets that performed well for all three guns today include:

RWS 7.0 Diablo Basic WCs
RWS 7.0 Hobby WCs
RWS 6.9 HPs
RWS 8.3 Domed (spectacular)
H&N Excite 7.1 HPs
H&N Sport 8.18 WCs
H&N Final Match Heavy 8.18 WCs

Let me know if you Weihrauch rifles are performing any differently with these (or similar) pellets.

One shot... one opportunity... and i missed. Chipmunk was having a good feast under the bird cage, i missed pretty badly. This Air Hawk is huge and clumsy trying to freehand shoot it, im glad its not mine.

Betty Lou and I had the Maximus' out shooting beer cans off of nails at 35yds. I need to take her .117 into the shop today and lighten the hammer spring. It's really over powered even with the adjuster all the way out. After around 100 shots her thumb and finger were pretty sore. She said she loves the gun otherwise.

Sounds like a good time.  It seems like every Crosman barrel likes at least one type of RWS pellet.  And in my case, all my .22 Crosman barrels also like Gamo RedFires.  I'm with you on those featherweight hollowpoints- they work good in my CO2 guns but a break-barrel?  That's some weirdness.... But it also mean you have a powerhouse pesting pellet for short-range meat-slap!

Well for me not much of anything that could be of count. For the past three afternoons I took the .25 Condor and the .22 M10 and went back out behind the house to my pond to see if there were any reptilian species that needed removing from said pond......shot quite a bit Friday afternoon, and about half as much yesterday, but today ended up more or less boring. Nothing wanted to come out to play. After all some of my targets were as far as 100 yards away so me getting pinpoint accuracy is not always the point of the day. Anyway, the weather has been great, a little warm but great since not having to deal with RAIN almost every day here and I really enjoyed the target practice. I did see one duck cross the other end of the pond today. I'm not a duck hunter so as far as knowing the type it was I could not say. I know what a squealer/woodduck is from them constantly yelling during deer season. This duck was mostly all brown with maybe a few black feathers and about the size of a normal chicken maybe slightly bigger. And it is not a tame duck. Anyway will most likely pay another visit tomorrow to see what might show up or not. As long as it is not raining I'm happy.

Today was dedicated to my born again Hw35E.  Got some pretty good ballistics: i.e., consistent velocities and SD's with various but the accuracy is not up to that of my other frauleins.  "Oh well, tomorrow is another day."  Wasn't that what Scarlett O'Hara said?

Shot a cut down Daisy 880 M/M. Someone had made it into a pistol.

Daisy 880. Still getting it fettled for my grandson. Worked on adjusting the (mostly) junk scope that came with it. It needs a better scope, or it needs no scope at all. I'm pretty amazed at how well the little gun shoots. Using Daisy WCs and H&N Excite WC econs.  Nice, satisfying little "thwack!"

Can't wait to show the boys (grandsons) this new rifle (and teach them about guns, safety, and rules for hunting....
