Swapped scopes around and sighted in my Motorhead tuned wood 34 .177 this A.M.. Now wearing an Airmax 4X12, has an ARH old school kit/seal in it. I know what it likes, had it dialed in @ 25 meters within a couple dozen shots. No fuss, no muss. The last 5 shot group was with Superdomes I bought for less than $5 a tin a 3-4 years ago. You could cover it with a dime, easy.

About 60 seconds later, 1 deceased rabbit with a Superdome parked in his eardrum.
Rained here a good bit and stayed overcast, so I got out my P17 and had fun shooting at pine cones and sweet gum balls in my rain soaked back yard. The standing water gave me great feed back on my accuracy. Despite the stiff cocking effort, it's a sweet, accurate shooting pellet pistol. Sure makes me want to buy and try out other styles of pistols. Having only recently entered this world of air guns, I'm wondering if CO2 is as reasonable as a pneumatic pump (like 1377)? Any thoughts?

It will need something to quiet it down if noise is an issue where you shoot.

It will eventually get an LDC to tame it. They are fun to shoot for sure, just make sure you have a supply of pellets and co2 carts to with it.
The "supply of pellets and CO2 carts..." is the part that I'm trying to reason through the cost. Is this just a nominal expense or does it add up rather quickly due to the shots fired. With pumpers, I'm expending effort not cash. Oh, and I recognize that this is rather a personal issue. Thanks for the feedback.
Drilled another squirrel! Fending off the invasion....Shot it with my new-to-me HW95. RWS domed 8.3 pellet.
