Something amiss with my CP99. Sometimes the bb falls out the end of the barrel before I get a chance to shoot it. I've yet to get in there and figure out why.

I've yet to get in there and figure out why.I noticed that the other day, I was taking up the slack in the trigger and found out when I did that I was pushing the bb through before the hammer hit the poppet to release the gas. So basically the bb gets pushed to far before you get your shot off and it rolls down the barrel.
You're welcome Ray.hehehehee
I stepped out for a few shots yesterday evening with the Baikal MP-46M and Daisy 953. I popped paintballs at 15-20 feet and rolled plastic golf balls out to around 20-30 yards depending on which gun I was shooting. Christopher (11 yo) joined for most of the time.

Shot my new Beeman P17 pistola... Jury is still out on it being a keeper; but, it's amazingly accurate (and tough to compress--side of my palm is still raw). And, Killed a squirrel! Man, what a relief, I've missed nearly a dozen breaking in my new .177 Nitro Venom; so this was SWEET. One shot to the neck (facing me at 26 yds, up 10 yds in a tree, with the tree squarely behind). Feels good to have one sit still long enough for me to remember all the dang things I have to do to get off a shot.
