It was sunny and 66 out today so I spent over 2 hours shooting my Crosman Custom Shop 1300KT at my several re-set-able metal targets and had a ball! It only took three pumps at 10 yards to do the job. It also has a 4 power Leapers scope that is just about perfect for this .22 carbine. Charles

Just got done shooting a good 30 or so JSB Kings out of my new Artemis M16A. Pellets load smooth, crown looks OK, pellets go in the same hole at 10m, raining out as soon as I got it out of the box

Wearing a 3-9 x 40 AO Sbony scope that came in the same truck.
Funny story about the brown truck. I was headed home from a short day of work, SWMBO thought she could be home in time to sign, but as I get to the county road that leads to Collins I had to wait for the brown truck at the intersection. I pull out behind him to give my gun an escort, darn he has to stop at a place 1/2 way from where we met to my house, I head for home get my truck parked and start unloading some wood, got the tailgate open and I see the brown truck go past, then whip a u-turn in the main intersection, and pull right up to the driveway. Took him awhile to stack the assorted Amazon boxes that also made it here today, scopes HPA bottles and the like, he makes it to the stoop and ask me if that was a gun in the long box, claims he has not been delivering many as of late and wondered what was up with that. Then I informed him it was a gun, just not the powder burning kind, gave him a brief rundown on the big bores and such and the GTA.
Then he hops in his truck and heads out of town the way he came in. I recently said the delivery companies have a direct route to my house, as they mostly come to town for me LOL.

I shot a whole bunch of ten shot groups over the chronograph. I tried several different pellets in both the C362 and the Fire. Now that it is well broken in the the Fire has dropped about 2 fpe and is shooting pretty steadily at about 15.5 fpe. I have a lot of data for both of these guns. Multiple groups with multiple pellets. I got out an old Texas Instruments TI-83 graphing calculator and if I can remember how to program it I thought I’d try to graph some of this data.

To what end I cannot imagine.

Nice warm day for November and I spent over an hour and half shooting my HW77 and HW95. Today was a special day as I was able to single cock my HW77 single handed! All this shooting I do as often as I can has help build up my old mussels! Not able to single hand cock my HW 95 yet but it is getting close. Really two quality German guns. Charles

Been shooting the M16A I may just keep it shooting as is, did bump the reg up a smidge to even the shot string. now 5 fps ES. Should be a good hunting carbine, will take it out to 50 yards in a few.

Brought the second Sentry out to the Red Shed so Betty Lou and I could shoot matching guns together. Both shoot exactly alike and both prefer the 24.7 pellets. Sadly neither like my cast 250 27 RF pellets.

Swept the Black Walnut husk off the shooting bench etc. then shot this 50 yard target with the M16. Now where is that squirrel

Tried to sight in the new m25 357. It was beyond windy here today. So much that it kept pushing me and the rifle around. Ended pretty well with the m25 so I pulled out the 357 bottle armada and ran a mag through it. Results were pretty poor there and this things usually dead on, or at least that's the story I'm sticking to lol. Anyways I got some data for the new rifle and that's going to have to be the silver lining on today's shooting adventure.

After looking at all the numbers I generated yesterday I went back to the CPHP's. The Crosman Fire is making approximately 925 fps with the 7.9gr pellets and 15 fpe. Straight out of the box it made 985 fps and 17.02 fpe. So it has calmed down considerably. The standard deviation with CPHP is 2.8 and that beats every other pellet I've tested in it. After the wind died this afternoon I shot a five shot 3/8" group at twenty yards.

Just before dark I walked around my permission with the dogs. Snakes have become so rare that I really don't feel the need to carry a snake charmer but the habit of carrying an air rifle is now ingrained. Tonight I carried my trusty Crosman 2100. Loaded with 8.64gr H&N FTT it is wicked accurate out to twenty five yards. I zapped several squirrel sized pinecones at ranges between fifteen and twenty five yards.

Been so busy laying up wood for sinter and working on Notos, I've had little time to shoot. Today I did get the Notos out and shot a bunch of snow clusters off the back yard! Swapped out the big tank for a .22L one, lightened it up to 5lb 6 oz filled to 4k.

Today was a super nice one and I spent about 1 1/2 hours shooting my sweet HW35E in .22 caliber which I can cock single handed! To me that's very important to me. Also shot my HW50S in .20 caliber and I still need both hands to complete the cocking process, however that's really no problem as the rifle is a pleasure to shoot. Charles

Yesterday, I shot some spinner spoons with my delightful Beeman R9 and a coke can with my Crosman. 357. I'm about to go out and shoot some more spoons with the R9 plus some coke cans with my Schofield 7 and Colt Peacemaker.

Yep, that's what I'm doing. It's a pleasant 75° but too cloudy for peep sight shooting under the shade trees but not too cloudy for coke cans in the open yard. Heck fire, I've even broke out my much neglected Crosman Custom 2300K.
