So.....what did you shoot today?

Spent about two hours shooting my Daisy model 25 and Daisy Red Rider using Daisy match grade BBs.   Made cans dance from about 8 to 12 yards with very few misses.  The BBs really improved the gun's accuracy.  Charles

I have a Walther PPQ M2 pistol that I bought earlier this year, finally showed it some love today. Nice blow back shooter and accurate to. I get about 40 shots to a cart, so it's not hard to blow through a tin of pellets when shooting it. The weather was nice today, not to cold for CO2.

Was able to fire a few pellets after work with my Vintage P1 in .177 cal with Beeman scope  & Beeman rings and also a pistol  Beeman scope stop.

I have never seen another.

I took the peep-sighted HW50S out to the patio and shot some 25 and 30 yard spinner spoons at halftime.  I left her out there and plan to shoot some more before the Tennessee/Alabama game starts.  I've also got a couple of coke cans yet to shoot with my Crosman .357.

I took the TX200 out for a few.
Next door neighbors are out so I shot in the garage.
10 yards, offhand.
That rifle is getting a bit heavy for the ol’ Man.
The first five were settled in the 10/9 ring and then the weight started me swaying a bit.
I might drive to Ione in the am for FT and to wish the Motörhead well..

Today I got to shoot my Diana AMO3 Stealth, Walther LGU Varmint and Walther Parrus. It was a .22 kinda day.

    Put a few mags through the Crosman 400 Repeater.  Still a project.

Webley pcp ( 25 years old & don't make um like this anymore)) .22 cal topped off with MTC optics 3x18 w/ fx no limit rings. All set and ready to go tomorrow for some loooong range shootin.

Spent about two hours trying out my new BSA Meteor Super and could never get the upper hand in sighting it in.   Just wasn't consistence once I though I had it pretty close and after a few shots the shots group was either spreading out or moving about an inch either left or right.  That was all with the open sights, so tonight I mounted a BSA scope and will see if that might help.  Here's hoping for better results.  Charles

At present, I'm on the patio with my red dot HW50S and Crosman .357 shooting spoons and coke cans.  Marjo is in Tampa visiting her son and DIL so, I've got to go in and fix a  sandwich.  After I eat, I'll probably shoot some more coke cans and spoons with different air guns.  I had enough football yesterday.

Tested to see if the expansion chamber on my ronin is worth the six inch increase in oal to my 357 bottle armada Friday morning. I also wanted to see how it changed poi. Well with the added expansion chamber it was pretty quiet. It did affect poi but accuracy was still decent. I still think either the rocker 1 ldc or the ronin by itself will be the way I use this gun.

I also spent time yesterday trying to more finely adjust the sight on the P3, with similarly confounding results as you got.

Since the Patchworm just got delivered, I’ll try cleaning the barrel before the next session. Might also wear my reading glasses when sighting in.

I finished the day yesterday with my Colt Peacemaker and Schroeder 73 on coke cans.  Today dawned cloudy, dark and rainy. When the shower ended, I took my red dot HW30S out and tried to hit some spoons but it was too dark to see 'em well enough to hit 'em regularly.  It cleared a bit in the later afternoon and I took my, John in PA, tuned Beeman R9 out and shot some 30 yard spoons.  Boy Howdy, that is one sweet rifle!

Took the PRod carbine out for a quick 60..
I left the dark side.
I was gone.
Happy with my springers.
But that Mike Carter drug me back in, kicking and screaming.
Now, the PRod, a GUPPY and a GS compressor.

Those who know me from my postings know that I'm cheap. My guns are typically under the $300 mark. Also break barrels are my least favorite platforms to shoot even though they played a huge role in developing my addiction. Once in a while I get a craving... today has started out to be one of those times.
I don't remember shooting them at 50yds but I thought I would give them a try at the new 50yd. range setup I put across the front fence line.
First gun.. The Diana Two Fifty. It's not a true Diana in the sense that it's a rebranded Chinese something or other. It's a .177 with an ergonomic thumbhole stock and adjustable trigger. I topped mine off with a Hammers springer rated scope.
In staying with the "cheap" idea, the pellet of choice is the Umarex Hollow Points from TSC.
After a few clicks on the elevation turret from my usual 35yd setting I was impressed at how easy it was to consistently knock the snot out of those beer cans.
