Another infusion this morning finally got my Mg level up to an acceptable level of 1.8. In celebration thereof, I first took my peep sighted 30S out to the patio to shoot some spoons and couldn't hit doodley. I grew tired of trying and went in and got my red dot 30S and couldn't miss at both 25 and 30 yards. It seems the peep sighted 30S needs to be sighted in AGAIN every time I take her out. Why is that, is it my elderly eyes or what?

Why is that, is it my elderly eyes or what?Is it moving on rail? That or gib screw or one of the lock screws being loose is all I can think of. It’s the top screw beneath the sight that actually holds the sight in place. Haven’t had one move on HW30. Link below to good discussion next door. Get that thing fixed, looks like we’re finally getting good weather this weekend!https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/mounting-aperture-sight-on-dovetail.1297816/
The weather broke and we got about 1.75" of rain last night and a 70 degree day today, praise be. After my PT session this morning, I took my red dot HW50S out on the patio and shot some spinner spoons. Tomorrow, I'm gonna' shoot some more. The leaves on the big catalpa tree are starting to thin out. Maybe I'll have enough light to shoot some spoons with my peep sighted Beeman R9.
