 I have been a bit laxed on thinning the pest birds , while grilling last night I drilled a couple of them with my XS60c. Loud n proud, I figure the rimfire like report will help chase them off as well
, but they keep coming back for more

So, I still haven’t been shooting airguns much… but yesterday, after a good day on the 100 meter range with a certain fire-breather, I took out my XS60C and launched a few lead projectiles as it was getting dark. I’m leaving this one out in the gun cradle to start shooting at least one pellet, everyday like I used to. It’s also ready for targets of opportunity on vermin with malicious intent.

I got out the back-yard/garden guns today, placed the pellet traps at 10 meters.
Proceeded to sight in a  new Winchester 4x32 AO scope on the Diana Chaser with H&N FTTs in .177 and shoot two cartridges of CO2.
Plinked away with the Daisy 880 with the H&N FTTs and some RWS Meisterkugelns.
Both are now spot on and sighted in. Cmon pests !!!
Too many backyard squires out mowing their lawns.

I little pest removal with the Urban, this gun is a laser with the barracuda hunter extremes. Spent some time before the rains came with the PPQ pistol, I get 60 shots to a cart with it, it is blow back and does well on gas use. Some of my blow backs might get 40 shots to a cart. No jams so far, loading the cart is easy, no gas loss.

That Tanfoglio Witness is very cool. Shot my 1911 replica as well. Upside to all the rain last few weeks was time to work on a few things including new seals and clean/lube on this. Adjusted trigger, breaking cleanly about 1.5/lb. Shooting very well now. My old eyes may require a red dot to extract all it has to offer though. Hate to do it, but when your choices are a fuzzy sight picture or a fuzzy target…

I started using 1.25 readers a few years ago, and with them I'm able to focus back and forth between the target and sights again. They're not expensive and worth a try.

I started using 1.25 readers a few years ago, and with them I'm able to focus back and forth between the target and sights again. They're not expensive and worth a try.

Shot 5 mags at cans at 10M to degas the AEA Challenger .30 cal...more in the what did you receive today thread....
Rotated the shredded cans to the recycling bin and added by bouji water can from diner :-)
The white pill bottle had been a real champ....lol

Shot some 17gr Ruger Superpoints through the C362 at twelve oz. cans of hard seltzer.  Shake the warm cans up and hit them in the right spot and they explode in a shower of foam.  Hit them in just the right spot and the can rips into two pieces.  I've got 24 cases of this bilge so tomorrow I'm getting out the .25 cal Hatsan mod 125 and some Crow magnums.  Gonna shoot some video too!

Be sure to post that! My wife bought a giant bag of grapefruit and no way she’s eating it all before they get overripe. My .22 Hatsan 135QE Vortex and I have plans for when they do. Shot this today. Silly accurate at 10M with Meisters. Had to shoot the HW45 a little too because the 2300S will knock the squirrel down but won’t reset it.
