Any Walmart near me only has crosman pellets, they sell other brands online?
I bought a nice QB78 back in March and the shipping was about $7. Having a great time with it so last week I ordered four tins of hopefully better pellets. The shipping was $13.58. They arrived today and the package weighed less than 3 pounds. That's over $3 shipping per tin. I called and the girl basically said, "... have a nice day ..." I'm really curious about any possible explanation from anyone. Attached is a crop of the confirming order email.
I go to Walmart for motor oil, silicone, spray paint and coffee cream- but generally don't like buying anything related to guns, boats, or guitars from places that don't specialize in them..
I basically do the same thing. Actually Googled around before clicking the order, but didn't really find the "Hobby" pellets, and read a lot of good comments, so I clicked the order. 2000 pellets will last me awhile. You are right though, Walmart is good enough for me.
Just to fill in the blanks I just checked my account orders; the rifle was purchased from AD in March 17 and shipping was $7.99. The pellets from AD, buy 4 pay for 3, shipping was $13.58. Both were delivered by Fedex.
Buy 3 get 1 free, isn't free, jacked up shipping rates makes up for the discounted Item, so you're not really getting anything FREE.............
