I think I'd get the set-up as pictured and the double male fitting as you mentioned. It'd be more versatile that way. JMO

Thank you Ed for the advice.  I agree.  I'm using the CGA347 valve that came with the tank so my cost is attractive to get the 6Kpsi rated parts.  I hope TerryH is making progress with his scba fill project also.  Dave

I copied a picture of what I intend the final fill station to look like for my scba tank.  For now I'm thinking of a male Foster fitting on the end for refilling purposes.  But after thinking about it for a while, I might go with the picture then use a double ended male Foster fitting.  That way I just take the male to male fitting off to connect the hose to fill the AG.  We'll see when the parts arrive.  I'm headed to the hydro shop tomorrow to get the scba tank tested and filled.  Hope it works OK.  Never done this before.  Dave

Hi Dave. I am putting together my fill station now. I found a local place that has 6k fittings. I bought the fittings and a nice 5k glycerin filled gauge. Waiting on a inline bleeder now form Air Tanks Plus and then I should be good to go.

I personally would not fill the gun without a gauge on that fill station. It will work without one but I feel safer seeing exactly what's goin on.

This is the gauge I found at my local Parker store. Super nice gauge for $33.68. I put the complete fill station together for 130.00 using a Ninja microbore hose assy. Not much savings over the premade systems but some anyway.

Thanks TerryH, more great ideas.  I can see a "T" and gauge in my future.  The gauge is nice and big, easy to read.  I was told today the scba hydro and fill should be done Monday. 1/30. Plenty of time to fine tune the scba fill station take air in and also fill the Hatsans.  BTW, the Armada looks great too.  New pellets on the way from PA too.  The Bullboss twins are going to get a workout soon !  Dave

Good deal Dave! I should have mine back from hydro this week hoping to get them filled on Saturday. Begged permission from Cheryl to piece the fill station together. The pump really does hurt my back. No, really.

I think I'll have about $175 in the whole thing with capability to cascade both my tanks if I use the scba base that came with the tanks. Hopefully it will work ok
