Just thought I'd add this bit of information, the dive shop I use in Nashville uses the same scba adapter with a K valve yoke block for filling my 4500 psi tank. Those parts are rated for that much pressure, and as long as you're not filling beyond 3000 psi the old K valve yoke and hose are fine. If I ever get a gun that requires more than a 3000 psi fill I will for sure upgrade my hose and bleed valve yoke assy. Gotta stay safe, just didn't want anyone to think that what I am using now is unsafe.

I don't even have a scba tank yet but if I did I might use that adapter. If it safe with my 3K scuba tank it should be safe for fills up to 3K on guns. I use my AV 4500 carbon fiber tank for fills on my MRod & AT44 now. It has it's own adapter/hose. The scuba is used with the Disco.Ed
Great discussion All. I purchased the 45 minute SCBA tank and adapter from Noel also. I have the hydro test figured out now and have spoken to my 4.5K psi paintball refiller about airing up the tank in the future. He said he needs the Foster fitting to hook up to his equipment. So that means I will be filling the SCBA tank through the scuba yoke fill station. The gauge on my fill station is maxed out at 5,000 psi. I will only filling 3 Hatsans to 2900 psi Are there any concerns about filling the tank through the scuba yoke? I hope this is clear as mud... Dave
You don't want to try and fill a tank to 4500 psi through a 3000 psi K valve scuba yoke, that could be disastrous. Hopefully the people at the dive shop or paintball shop would never let that happen.
What I bought was this...To go with this....I plan to use this for filling the tanks at the paintball store. Cost $40 for the setup. Joe sells the same sort of thing in an assembly for $89.
Yes but you won't need the bleeder. The paintball place will have that on their fill equipment. I took mine apart as well. The inner part on mine looks a little wonky. That's why I decided just to get everything new.

Am I missing something here......probably. Ed
The Ninja Microbore hose extension is $45 on Amazon and other places. Taso
