Just ordered these to aid in night time shooting and whatever else I may need some lighting for. Says same day delivery so I should be able to report on them soon. I just hope that they are durable and last.

I have several lights, from flashlights to a couple of setups like these that I use for work. I’d get these to keep in the garage for use at home as well as night shooting too. Thanks for the tip.

They showed up and were fully charged in the box. I set them up out in the yard at night to see how they would be I think they will be perfect. My first impression is that the legs were a bit flimsy but not to a fault. Also, it’s that cheapish semi shiny plastic that it’s made from. Not terrible but, doesn’t have that robust look/feel to them like I was thinking they would have. I’m just being nit picky I guess. I was thinking they would have that impression of robust quality like the Milwaukee brands of tools has. You can’t drive over them with a truck and they will still function like new is what I’m saying 🤣🤣🤣 If the batteries and the LEDS last they will be good lights, not perfect but, good lights. They have 4 brightness settings and one red flashing setting so they are good there. I think they will be a useful light for illuminating the target and other lighting uses. I like their adjustability and that they come with two in the box. I’m glad to have them. Low brightness setting in these pictures. Not sure how long they are supposed to burn.
If there’s a Home Depot near you, look at the Husky 2000 lumen work light. It runs on AC but I remember they had rechargeable versions on the shelf—in two different parts of the store! Battery-powered ones were in Automotive and AC ones in the home lighting area.I got the AC version and it is not only bright, it uses a diffuser in the front so the light is not garish like the undiffused kinds are. And the color is pretty nice, not blueish. Uses only 24 watts to put out 2000 lumens. I put it up in the loft but originally thought to keep it in the garage. Now I need to buy another one, haha. I think a noncorded one might provide suitable (not glaring) light for a range. Indoor range for sure, and possibly outdoors, depending on distance needed.Uses a 3-prong cord and supposedly OK for damp conditions.
Nice score David.I'm sure you'll make a nice custom holster for it.
I like the idea of an open top with a loop strap to hold the gun in.

The finish on that gun is too nice to be rubbing in and out of hard leather. Rabbit, sheep or squirrel comes to mind.
