It's obvious that you are more knowledgeable than I am about leather working.
After a few years of looking, the airgun goes have finally shined upon me and I scored a Sheridan E pistol for as good of a price as I'll probably ever get.It's in beautiful condition too, hopefully it works but I'll cross that bridge when it gets to me.

A gun that took 100 years to make
I awoke this morning and had received an email notification thet there was a new listing on the bay for a Crosman Model 1.I get lots of those and are typically a Crosman Model, just not a Model 1...one of my favorites.This one was legit.It isn't there any more.............

They were finally back in stock at PA so I ordered 6 tons of H&N FTT .20's.I sure wish they were available in tins of 500, but then I also wish the pellets I used to buy were still available.I don't know how I'll like these lighter weight pellets over the 14.3's I'm used to shooting in Ol' blue but they just may be ideal for the E pistol when it arrives.
