I received my pellet order from Straight Shooters today. This was my first time to order from them. I hadn't heard anything positive or negative concerning their packing so I expected to have halfway decent packing. Well boy was I disappointed. Maybe a tad better than Amazon but not much. Pellet tins were place on a nice bed of packing paper but nothing, NOTHING separating the 4 tins. A nice layer of packing paper was placed on top of the tins. When I picked up the box I noticed immediately that all the weight was at one end of the carton. Upon opening I found one tin dented enough to dent some of the skirts.I sent a message to Straight Shooters customer service but I haven't received anything back. When I pay $16 for a tin I expect better packing.

How do you stand them up after attaching the string?
Quote from: Firewalker on March 19, 2021, 11:38:49 AMHow do you stand them up after attaching the string?I use the tiny nylon cords that are in paracord. They are so thin in diameter that they don't interfere with the silhouette sitting on a flat surface. The photo is the back side. I place the loop on the back side to keep splatter from cutting the cord. I place the silhouette on top of the tag because if I allow it to dangle it is distracting and may tangle with a neighboring silhouette.

Thank you, Dan!Thanks, I forgot to add that I cut the tags out of a plastic report cover. I prefer the homemade plastic tags they don't absorb moisture. I have used the Manila paper tags as well but they will get wet if they fall on wet grass.
Ordered these Rifle brand pellets off of eBay from a guy named Bob W. Shipped ASAP....got here in 2 days as we’re both in CA. They were 16.95...18.46 to my door for 250 ct. Packaged really well in bubble wrap then shipped in a bubble wrap mailer. They are made in Brazil, very well made, no deformed skirts, shinier than JSB. Head size looks smaller than JSB as seen in pics with side by side photos and weigh 18.67. Just want to try them and will be shooting them tomorrow and will update in PCP gate. Oh..and SCREW on lid!
